This game is amazing and fresh, anyone who bashes this game only does so because they don't want fresh and innovative ideas in the games industry and would much rather stick to the endless shooters. Seriously LBP looks amazing and will no doubt be a success.

Yes I can honestly say I don't give a crap about this game. In fact all it is is a glorified psychics demo with little to no reason to play except to watch ragdolls fumble around life like environments. .

Well i'm a huge PS3 fanboy!!

We're all hoping for a great community, but if it's like the UT3 community we'll be playing the same 5 user created levels for 1 year. I got over a 100 maps for nothing...So pissed off, that i don't even play anymore.

I myself see lot of possiblities with this game, but i'm not that excited about it.

Ill explain why im not excited, as i said 6 months ago, I can see the online aspect of this game turning into Garrys Mod, whilst that could be taken either way, i mean it in a negative light, as in, i expect two or three retards spoiling the servers for everybody else, by coming in and dismantling objects and spawning massive amounts of crap.

I can imagine spending 25 minutes building a ferris Wheel only for some 13 year old idiot to come in and ruin it,

You can actually edit stages from the PS3 though, and its FAR simpler than UT3s editor. You can probably do loads more with UT3, but LittleBigPlanet's looks inredibly flexible and it looks like you can do a lot with it.

People can't just edit your levels... You can even lock your levels so people can't just copy it. So don't worry. ;)

Out of all of the reasons I've heard on to why most people won't like this game, this is the best one yet. If you don't have a sense of imagination or creativity, than you won't like this game.

How can I not be excited? I have to buy a PS3 to play it. :|

Finding a reason to buy a PS3 is becoming much more difficult. Right now my only major reasons for buying one, in 2009, are MGS4, LBP, the new Team ICO project, Resident Evil 5, Gran Turismo 5 and hopefully Dead Rising 2. There is a strong chance that Res5 is coming to PC, my major gaming platform. There is also news about Polyphony wanting to put GT5 on PC in China thus making it on PC here a possibility. MGS4 may be coming out for PS3 right now but nothing is stopping Konami from porting it to PC in the future. So that just leaves the new Team ICO project (which all we have for is a single picture) and LBP. Not the most compelling of reasons to spend many hundreds of dollars.foxhound_fox
