POLL: Which game will take GOTY 2007

So obviously you can only have so many games you can include in the poll, but i think these are the most relevant contenders.

I dont think orange box can be classified as one game, its a collection, and half-life 2 is a pretty old game. While Drake's Fortune and Ratchet & Clank: Tools of Destruction looks good, i dont think they will be able to compete for GOTY. Whats left are the games that made the biggest impact already, and those who have the most hype coming out. I think both galaxy, mass effect and assassins creeds hype are off the charts.

i personally think Mass Effect will take it home, even though i think Mario Galaxy can be equal, its just that gamespot would never give GOTY to a Wii game, they have made it pretty clear what they think of the console.

it looks good true, but i dont think it can take goty. not another ww 2 shooter. OK ok, its not technically world war 2, but at the end of the day its basically the same.

Imo, Portal deserves it for the sheer ingenuity of it, mabye Mario Galaxy has a shot.

If it goes to Halo3, i'd be lost for words in the negative sence. While it's a good game, there are better.

Mass Effect, UT or Bioshock.

I have no comment on CoD4 until I see the single player. Based on no Halo game winning the prize from GameSpot yet, I don't think Halo 3 will either...though it has enough innovative featues to make it a qualified front-runner.

Well as much as GS seems to REALLY love shooters nowadays.. i could see Halo 3 or even BioShock taking it..or some other shooter type game.

I'm going to go for the 6th option - A jar of peanuts.

Mostof the contenders are available to play on the 360.

bioshock and halo 3 dont deserve to win

and it's not even close, there's just so many games without reviews that we need to see reviewed first before we can speculate
