Possibly a highly anticipated first party 360 game to be cancelled and also high level "voice of the company" rep may be on the way out. This is not 100% confirmed, but if true, what game do you guys think it may be and who do you think may be leaving the company?

I was thinking about the thread that was going on last night before there was an actual transcript. I didn't see that it actually said "first party" until now. No need to be a prick about it and I already corrected myself.

After reading what the guy actually said I don't think it could be Alan Wake because I'm fairly certain Remedy isn't "first party". It seems it almost has to be Banjo3. Who else does MS have as first party anymore besides Ensemble? God I hope it is Halo Wars.JiveT

It can't be too human either cause its also not first party. I don't think its going to be Halo Wars either cause that game is coming along real well. The only first party game we don't know much about is banjo 3 which i hope it doesn't get cancelled. Microsoft needs more platformers.

You are right, Alan Wake is not first party, so rule that one out....thank god. So yes, it probably is Banjo. Somone commented over on N4G that there was a website for it, and now it is gone. Don't know if that is any indicator or not, but if all this is true, I guess we will find out soon enough.

All things point towards Banjo which is saddening but we won't know for sure till there is an official announcement.

I know Rare just said back in late August that the game was full steam ahead but here's two little factoids.

1: According to the Wiki Rare never planned on making a sequel to the last N64 game for 360

2: The old link to the Banjo 3 website just takes you to Rare's homepage now

3: The way the ****** from 1up worded it pretty much narrows it down

God I hope its not because MS told them to focus everything on PD: 2.

There is no way it is Too Human, as it is almost done, lol. I do not have the link, but it has recently been announced by Microsoft and Silicon Knights that Too Human is on track for an early 08' release despite the law suit against Epic, and that a demo will be released before the year is over.

The show Game Head was also just at the Silicon Knights studio a few weeks ago for an in depth look and preview of the game and had interviews with Dennis Dyack and the rest of the team. So no way.
