Got my box in a week.

Another week to send it back to them.

One more week to recieve a new Xbox 360.

I'm pretty sure they told me 25 days in the email, but I got it back in less than 2 weeks.

I've had 3 RROD, all have been back within 48 hours, one within 24 hours.

I live in Toronto, Canada - the policy here is to ship a new console from the warehouse when your defect is picked up by UPS, so it all depends on when it goes out during the day.

So yeah, RROD is no big issue for me :) it gives my Wii time for loving.

edit - i just noticed how many of you in canada seem to be waiting much longer, i guess i'm just closer to the warehouse :) it's in mississauga, very short drive from TO. portions are actually part of the GTA.

well kotaku did a piece a while ago about the queue for repairs going up - so maybe it does take longer, mines been good for about 5 months.3picuri3

have you called them? I think they may have lost yours or something because I've never heard of taht before.

So i've heard many different times that the 360 can come back to the owner have shipping it off to get repaired . How soon did you get yours back ?konichiwa21

If you're serious about this query post it in the 360 forum for better responses and less likely 360 bashing.

My launch 360 has RRoD'd 0 times, whoo hooo.madmidnight

Due to basic logic and math, I hereby declare the 360 of having a 0.1% fail rate!

they told me that it takes 3-4 weeks to "get it back" - so i'm assuming they start counting from the time they get it

btw does anyone know where the place is that they fix them - i live in wisconsin so i'm not sure if that factors into it any

thats why i never thought about buying 360, i did consider it but its quality is crap, i cant put down 400 for a system that might break

quality is jus one of the things i buy something for... i didn't buy wii cause i can play couusins and its jus gamecube with a newcontroller... and they price it at 300+?so overpriced. and 360 isrushed system, its breakdown insystems shows that.

You are luck as hell I guess. Mine still hasn't come back and I shipped it out 2 weeks ago! I'm borrowing my friend's 360 for my Wii until I get it back.

When it RRoD'd, I got it in about 5 business days, or 7 natural days. Then again, I do live rather close to the repair center, and mine died back when there was a vastly smaller userbase, so I don't think I'm the norm here.Grive

Really? how is that possible? It takes 3 days to get the box, 3 days to send it back, and 3 days to get it again...they fixed ur 360 in 1 day?

Dunno, never sent mine in, I threw it away and bought a new one.

EDIT: Technically, I guess my return time was around 30 minutes. lol
