if that's the case killzone 2 should get a Bigs Rigs type score then.....
1 million. There will be less fools who rushed out to buy Halo 2 the first day after they discovered how shallow and short the game was. The smart ones will be saving their money to buy GTA or Mass Effect instead.
Halo 2 sold 2.38 million on it's first day when the Xbox userbase was twice as large as it is now. Halo 3 is being released in Europe a day late. I guess 1.5 million.
im saing 1 to 2 million it would be more if there were more 360 owners but hey im guessing almost every 360 owner will eventually own or play this game

agreed with the 4 million preorders and the millions who didnt ( including me) it's impossbile wont make more than halo 2 did.....
The bigger question\ is how many 360's will be sold in teh first 24 hrs?
its almost impossible it will sell what halo 2 did as fast, cus more xboxs were out there than there is 360s. and as for how many 360s it will sell, i doubt as much as a lot of people here would like to believe, gears didnt sell that many consoles, a lot of the sales around that time could easily be contributed to the holiday sales period. and as we know halo 3 has a lot of preorders already, so seems like most people who wanted halo got their 360 already in anticipation of halo 3.
2/3 of the 360 users will buy halo in its first week? :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol: not happening. I'm not picking it up in the first week I'm sure there are other 360 owners on here that wont be. and then there are a bunch of casuals that wont be buying it in its first week.
