I'm not sure of what number system they use in Europe, but whatever 27 American units converts into, that's how many units it'll sell in Europe.

The optimistic side of me would say: in the 2 Million area

The pessimistic side of me would say: around 1 Million due to some countries WHO tends to be strong buyers still suffers from a negative economic climate. PC has gained alot more traction Again, and Europe IS PC nation.

Ofcourse when people can't afford to go out and do as many dumb Things, maybe they may consider a console for cheap entertainment?

There must be a good few thousand there by now any way thanks to imports, I'd say about a million and a half due to Europe being a mostly Sony area so they'll make sure there are plenty of consoles there.

The simply answer is, as many as Sony is able to have available.

We don't know what number Sony has for what will be available so tossing out any specific number is foolish. they might only have half the units they had available for the US launch for instance.

I will say this, if Sony puts out more than a million units to buy then they will sell more than a million units in 24hrs.

Well some countries will only ship <20,000 so I am going to say not quite a million but maybe let's see.... 700,000 or so. Which Is better than The Xone, but not exactly a million. Both companies started manufacturing too late.
