Yeah. And how can you predict the platform for a game that doesn't exist? It could be an obscure platform that pops up in the future for all you know. Hell, Kingdom Hearts III could be a movie.

It looks like Versus....Earliest will be mid 2009 to late. Were looking at atleast 2010 if on PS3 lol

How does the game not exist if the Director / producer is simply waiting to complete current projects inorder to get experience to make KH3 the best game possible ...
KH3 IS coming ... not for years but we know its coming and it will be a videogame !

Easy. Because you think the next Kingdom Hearts he is going to work onis Kingdom Hearts III but Nomura has already said that the next Kingdom Hearts isn't Kingdom Hearts III

You believe there are still gonna be big games for the PS2 when KH3 releases? All the big franchises like FF and GoW are gonna move onto next-gen, so a PS2 owner at that time will be left with movie>game translations, just like GBA owners right now(cuz of the DS and it's big games like Pokemon and Super Mario).

And a spinoff that connects the events of KH2 to KH3 will probably go to either the wii or ds.

It really doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell of going onto the 360......not with the way it's going down in japan.

Square Enix talked about switching some priorities over to the Wii.

One will probably be KH.

SE has already invested heavily on the ps3 with thier own engine(White engine). Also going by the sales of both FFX and FFXII one can conclude that sales of JRPG are declining. Making a ps3 game takes at the least twice the time it takes to make a Wii game. These are all factors that will most likely make SE shift its focus from ps3 devolpement to Wii development but i think the biggest factor will have to be software and hardeware sales for the consoles. Its quite unfortunate for Sony that Japan has chsen the Wii and that is what is going to force SE into fully supporting the Wii.

Due to the lack of ps3 sales SE will most likely shift its resources to the Wii. So its not illogical to see games like FFXIV, DQX,Star Ocean IV, and Kingdomhearts 3 all on the Wii because its the hottest selling console right now and the system hasnt even yet seen its big games.

So in short what im trying to say is that KH3 will most likely be a Wii exclusive Ceteris-Paribus.

i'm sure they will make a wii spinoff, but after that high def preview at the end of Final Mix, I'm pretty sure its a PS360 exclusive. (it won;t come to the 360, seeing as the 360 is doing horribly in Japan, and the Japanese will be the target audience

i'm sure they will make a wii spinoff, but after that high def preview at the end of Final Mix, I'm pretty sure its a PS360 exclusive. (it won;t come to the 360, seeing as the 360 is doing horribly in Japan, and the Japanese will be the target audience

The Wii's lack of raw power when compared to the ps3 DOESNT matter to SE at all- after all their biggest seller is on a gaming unit thats as strong as an N64(DQIX).

SE has already started shifting its resources to the Wii.(in an interview with Wada a few weeks ago he cleaarly states that the ps3 has gotten it all wrong).

Why will SE release KH3 on console that most likely will sell the least consoles this generation?

I seriously think the best platform for KH3 would be the Wii.

But I think KH3 will be on the PS3 in 2 years or so, and Wii may get a KH spinoff.

The PS3 has the largest KH fanbase so it will probably come out on the PS3 first. Maybe the Wii, but I doubt it. Elviathan
