Project Awakening - PS4 lost another AAA exclusive. PC domination continute!

It was apparently listed for PC as well at E3 2018. CyGames was mostly mobile developer/publisher so far.

So it was never exclusive in the first place.

It looks like another 'Street Fighter in 3D' game to me.

I like good combat but 1. I need more in my game other than just combat 2. I dont like doing silly combo moves and jumping around like a monkey I want it somewhat realistic.

The game will be a PlayStation 4 exclusive (at least as far as we know at the time of writing) and is made by Cygames Osaka - which was set up by Cygames back in May 2015.

CyGames is a Japanese game developer mostly known for its mobile games. This is a PlayStation 4 exclusive, so that's a little off the beaten path, but that trailer certainly inspires confidence. Just the way the dragon moves around the boulders and castle ruins, not confined to a generic arena, is pretty damn impressive.

I don't know what this is but the footage reminds me a bit too much of Project Offset/ Deep Down. Will wait until it has an actual name before I care.

They hired the lead developer of Fox Engine to helm their new inhouse engine.

They were talking about playing Project Re:Link on PC when they first announced it as well.

My friend from University is a graphics designer for this game. This game is looking and sounding very promising, and development is going very well :)

Trailer looks awesome. Don't care if it's exclusive or not, PC gamers are on life support so any AAA game they can get is good.

The PC is the #1 place to get multiplats, because lord knows publishers don't have faith in the system to make another exclusive for it. That's why even Blizzard is moving into multiplatform territory. Lol, PC gaming was great 1985-2012.

This game may be a lost exclusive, but for the love of logic ( I know that with that word here in SW, whatever I have to say, won't go far), let's not make it out like this loss is a devastating blow to the ps4. I mean did this game even have hype?

When games like UC4, GOW, Spiderman, or HZD jump ship, then you can utilize that lost exclusive as a blow, but not this.

Huh, PS4 is down by over 100 high scoring games this gen at both MC and GS. Most multiplats make it to PC, including several that don't go to PS4 (MS exclusives).
