In Canada, I can pre-order the Wifi version and get it one week early :P Mind you the 3G version won't be out in Canada for a while due to issues with the cell providers, but I never cared for the 3G version.

Indeed, right now Vita does not have anything announced that wold make me buy one

3DS on the other hand has like 5 games i already want and about 50 DS games i missed on DS

The Vita is in danger of being DOA with Sony's mishandling of several things, the most obvious example being the pricing on those memory units. If Sony's history can be considered a reliable format for things to come, one would assume they'll drop the ball on marketing as well. This bundle, on it's own, isn't going to sell Vitas the way Sony needs them to sell. At least, that's not what I see happening.

And yes, before someone jumps in and brings it up, I know I'm not an expert. I never claimed to be. This is all just conjecture. But that's all there is right now.

Anyway, with all that being said, it looks like a decent deal, terrible looking pack-in game notwithstanding. I won't be buying the 3G model if I do pick one up, however, and I suspect most people feel the same way. Why pay for 3G when WiFi is everywhere now?

They tried to sell me a Vita in Game (UK) which i said "how much for RE: Revelations and a 3DS".

I'll wait untill i can pick up a 2nd hand one and when the line up has some epic games which are of interest to me.

Pretty clever move, but a bit of a scumbag move too. Most people won't want the 3g model, and of those people who enjoy being there on launch day will have to get the 3g version. I'd be a little annoyed.

What am I supposed to do with a 4GB memory card? With this deal I'd be stuck with a 4GB card and I'd have to purchase at least a 16GB one to use.

How isn't 4Gb enough? Saves are very small and updates are installed on the games themself. All you really need the place for is music/video/pictures (which you can put on your phone as well) and game downloads

4 GB just isn't good enough, especially if you'd prefer to get your games digitally rather than physically.

Uncharted: Golden Abyss alone takes up nearly 3 GB.

Yeah that's me, if I get a Vita I want the retail games in digital form. This deal in particular isn't helpful to me, since I need a bigger memory card.
