PS+ vs Games for Gold - the battle for November!

I don't think anyone wins with these increasingly poor selections of games provided every month, particularly in Games with Gold.. Microsoft really should just scrap Game with Gold at this point and just put those resources elsewhere..

I'd rather just pay for a concrete service, like access to online servers for MP. I don't need the free game shit just so they can charge more for nothing. Make the monthly free games a separate sub service.

November would be like most months, a waste of money

take this with a huge grain of salt but rumors are seemingly pointing to the Xbox Live Gold paywall for online mulitplayer coming down eventually.. i'm assuming it depends on acquiring a certain number of Game Pass subscribers to sustain the loses from Gold memberships..

paying for multiplayer is such an outdated way of doing business at this point and i really hope these rumors are true..

Voted PlayStation because of Amalur but I am interested in checking Rocket Knight and LEGO Batman 2.

Looks like a landslide victory for PS if you ask me... just wish I could get some Move Controllers for cheap...

Been meaning to check out Kingdom of Amalur so I guess PS+

I wanted to get the ps vr in the past, but I heard it was pretty trash compared to occulus so I went ahead and got the quest 2 instead. There were some rumors about a psvr2 releasing eventually, but i haven't heard anything more recently.

But now with the metaverse thing announced by facebook, im super excited about it. I think its going to be huge in my opinion. And i even read something about microsoft entering the scene with something for the metaverse, so maybe an xbox VR headset is coming?? That would be awesome if true.

Knockout City has been on Game Pass for a long time, so Sony is kinda late to adding Knockout City for PS+ but Kingdom of Amalur: Re-Reckoning is a great game even for a 7th gen remastered. PS+ gets 1 point for having Kingdom of Amalur Re-Reckoning alone, Games for Gold for November is weak.

But as @Antwan3K pointed out, both really didn't win anything despite Kingdom of Amalur: Re-Reckoning nice and all, just not something I would sub for just 1 good game.

The Dodge Ball game is ok. Played a few rounds and chuckled when bots got hit by the trains.

Tried the First Class Trouble and it couldn't even find a match. I'll try again later but that's not how you want to start out. First impressions and all that.

With Forza Horizon 5 just a few days away I'll be playing that, forgot who takes less stickier turds.

That would be nice. I know a lot of free 2 play games have free online multiplayer, so at least it seems like it's headed in the right direction.

As a PSVR owner I am very happy with November's offering. I came here to vote for ps+ but when I saw the Xbox Gold selection I was a little torn.

Seriously, no sarcasm. Moving Out looks to be a fun multiplayer game and the Kingdom series is criminally overlooked. If it wasn't for the addition of the VR games I would have voted for Gold, but those VR games are considered some of the best PSVR games out there and have even appeared on PSVR Without Parole's top 25 games list (Saints and Sinners being listed as #1 multiple times).
