PS2 more than 10 year life cycle?!

sony plan for PS2 was 10 year like the first playstation, but it's already been 10 year since the lunch in 2000 and it's still selling, although it's sales decreased alot in the last few years it's still a pretty good for a console thats been out for 10 years.

No it won`t, I want backwards compatibility on my ps3.

I hope until Sony comes out with the PS4. Im still playing and looking forward to getting new PS2 games. Im not the only one too because everyone knows that the PS2 is a billion times better than the PS3. PS2 will never die!

Sony has already said that they will support the PS2 as long as it sells well.

I'd say the end of this year. Everyone has pretty much stopped making games for it... even shovelware stuff like universal studio games
