PS2 or PS3?

This is to all the cows: If you can only own one of your two Playstation consoles, what would it be? Of course you would go for the PS3 at first but what if Uncharted+Haze are going to be the last games to release on the console? Basically, what would you guys go for: PS2 and all of its last gen games or PS3 and its 2007 games.

I'd go with my PS2 with no regrets, I'm not gonna spend this whole gen playing Ratchet and Uncharted!

*EDIT: The PS3 has NO backwards compatiblilty. There. :)

PS3, because it can play PS2 games anyway. I'd choose it for Bluray as well, and then use my 360 for this-gen games.SolidSnake35

And since I don't have ps2 or ps3 I can't ansver your question with personal experience, however I think I would go with ps2.

So, if i could only play the games rleeased in the first year of a console's life versus all the games on the most successful console ever released, i woud choose the most successful console ever. That's obvious, and a leading question.
