What is this game? I looked at a trailer or some footage whatever it was. What exactly is this game about? Do you control all the animals or something like it's an Age of Empires kind of game I don't get it. Looks nice but I see these fanboys using this game on their list of upcoming great games and I don't get what's great about it from what I see...or what it is really

It actually looks pretty dumb in my opinion. And from what Ive heard (Some Sony spokesman) you cant even play, its a "interactive simulation" or something.
one of the trailers shows a guy in a jeep with binoculars at the end of it. speculation is now that its just some kind of observation game, like maybe you find animals and take pics or something simple. who knows tho, could be GTA4: zimbabwe.

Maybe the sims meets Dead Rising or something... Not sure why people mention this game as one of the PS3's big hits to come when a lot of people never heard of it or have trouble knowing what the hell it's even about lol

if it really was a "god game" where you control the environment and the animals are affected, that could actually be awesome. especially with graphics like that. alas, that will not be the case, its too good.
You know what consoles need? We need a faithful port of Black and White Deluxe, its too time-consuming for me to play much on PC but if they could put it on PSP for instance...I would buy it at a moment's notice.

In regards to AFRIKA being a Pokemon Snap. It is all speculation that came from my thread. The Pokemon Snap/Playstation Home theory came from a Kotaku user and I thought it was interesting so I posted their comment along with the original story. The only person who knows what the game is about is Phil Harrison and the Devs.
