OUCH!!! that hurts!!! but still, you see Cows have decided that their PS3 is not for games it's for watching movies, and you can tell by how many games the PS3 have sold compared to the 360, they don't buy games they watch movies and for reason they believe the PS3 is a better GAMING console!

yes, the PS2 is probably one of the top 3 consoles of all time. but no, it still would not necessarily be a better gaming console, just equal.

Comparing the ps3 to 360 is like comparing michael jackson to Hanna Montana; which would u prefer to play around with...I believe that answers pretty much all ps3 to 360 comparisons.

I'm gonna go with TheDarkDisciple on this one. It's all about games. I once argued this with a kid who had the same reasons as you: BluRay and a little more HD. Well news flash: HD is nice, but I still win without it, and lets face it, the PS3 lacks in good games, and major releases such as Lair were terrible failures. Sure, there's Call of Duty 4, but guess what? It's on the 360, plus the 360 also has other great titles such as, oh I don't know, Halo, Gears of War, and Bioshock. So why buy a PS3 just for BluRay? It's stupid. Just buy an individual BluRay player if it means that much to you. You'll save a couple hundred bucks and you won't be stuck with a less-than-standard gaming console.D4rKn3sSnIp3r

PS3 have good games. Funny, how you pick on Lair as the premiere title for the PS3... Rachet, Resistance, Uncharted, and Heavenly Sword are all good games. Also, if you exclude the titles I mention because there not AAA, then you have to say that Xbox360 only has good shooters and racers.

If you are saying that pro-360, obviously. But if it's pro-PS3, well, no. Killzone dreams of being Halo. In fact, all the characters probably wear Master Chief underwear, pajamas, shirts, use the Master Chief toothbrush, play with the action figures, all the merchandise.

I don't deny that the 360 primarily does best on shooters and racers. I guess I wouldn't know about racers; shooters and rpg's are my personal preferences. And I loved the Ratchet and Clank games on PS2, so I wouldn't know about the new one because I don't want to waste 400 more dollars just so I can play a continuation of a series that should have ended with the third game. That's what friends are for. I'd be more than happy to play PS3 games to experience them, I just don't want to waste more money when I have a 360 and a PS2 with Final Fantasy VII. If they remade FFVII, I would consider buying a PS3. But they've said that the tech upgrade is coming out "soon" since the release. Let's face it, it's not gonna happen. And Kingdom Hearts 3, which I have heard they are making, could potentially be the redemption of the PS3. But until there is something that is so solid that it beats Microsoft's shooter-built empire, 360 reigns.

If I understand correctly, Halo 3 is worth the purchase of a $400 console, whereas, Rachet is a waste of money for a console? However, both franchises you say you loved. Also, you're banking on a remake of a game that you have for the PS2 to decide the purchase of a PS3. Your argument is incoherent.

resistence 2
twisted metal(rumoured)
gta 4 (ps3 is better due to more space on disk meaning better memeory for loading plus rockstar is using the hardrive on th eps3)
jus to name a few

360 has ?????? gears of war 2 which is basically part one with some tweaks
