Yes but nobody looks at the wii unless they are under 13 and if htey are over 13 they already own a REAL console like the ps3, or they got a rip off and got the 360...Wii is a secondary console directed at kids and babies but some adults like it if they have a real mans console.

With sales this holiday season and sales of when MGS4 comes out. i Realize Halo "3" just came out and broke some records because of all the commericals and ads that just came out, which probably cancelled out any profit they made, but anyway. With great games coming out this holiday season and the NEW low price tag, mothers around the WORLD, including JAPAN where the xbox 360 is selling about as well as catsup popsilces, will have an easy choice with the 3 usp ports, the FREE online, 1080p, sixaxis controller, and potential of the cell when it's fully utilized....

o like reiterate that the 2 systems, 360 and PS3, are actually very evenly matched, the diffrence between the two systems is much smaller than the diffrence between the xbox 1 and the PS2, and the power of the xbox1 did not help it win the console war last gen, the Cell is not the most powerful thing, the athlon 64 chip in my computer is more powerful that the almighty Cell in the Ps3

360 has 1080p as well, it comes down to games, and right now 360 has, by far and away the BEST library of games, and MGS4 is not going to change that, 360 has 3 awesome games this holiday season that PS3 will not have, Halo3, Mass Effect and Bioshock

I'm sorry, the PS3 alone is not nearly as powerful as any ordinary home computer, I know that the PS3's around the world are being used together in some science thing, and thats great, but it has nothing to do with how amazingly powerful the cell is

The 360 has set a record for the biggest etertainment event in history in Halo3, and it has not set the record for the worst console reliabilty, I went through 4 PS1's those were crap, I have replaced my 360 only one, and it has been going fine for over a year with lots of play

i have a x360 and wii too....and was loving it....not until my x360 died( 3 red lights). I am now considering in getting a PS3.

And wasn't MGS4 just delayed? That's awsome...I guess some people never get tired of waiting. The wait shouldn't seem too long though, because ps3 gamers have epic games like Heavenly Sword to keep you busy for MONTHS!

I'm not saying there is a "real man's" console out there, but are people honestly denying that the Wii has the game library that is the most targeted at younger gamers? I own the Wii, and I found Wii sports to be great for the first little while, but after that the library really doesn't have much for me. WarioWare is there only AAA I believe...that should be telling people something. Zelda (a franchisethat I loved when I was 5) and Super Paper Mario (another franchise I loved when I was 5) are not far behind...and won't necessarily satisfy gamers who are looking for mature gameplay.

To me, the PS3 came too late and doesnt offer anything (at the moment) that you cant get on the Wii and 360. Thats the biggest drawback, IMO. Yes, some people passed on the 360 and waited for the PS3, but most didnt. To me, it just doesnt do anything different. My 360 is great, and I have a lot of great games to select from. The Wii came along and offers something different and their properties (Zelda, Mario, Metroid, etc) that you cant get anywhere else. The PS3 would give me....

a very expensive paperweight. I guess I could always use it as a space heater though.
