Even if it is running the PS3 config, it is still running on a PC, that will impact the end result; even if only slightly.

It'll be interesting to see how good the games run on the consoles... probably will have alot of screen tearing but should keep a steady framerate.

Well for example.

The PS3 GPU is using G70 architecture, which had problems with texture filtering; especially at angles. This was improved significantly in G80 architecture. Even if it is running on the settings meant for consoles, there will be some differences.

Yeah but probably running at a better framerate lol. Lets see a high end pc running the game very toned down where it has room to flex its tech muscles and really push the framerate vs a console that is only capable of getting those settings at the very best and struggling to maintain its framerate.

My point: This ain't the experience you're going to get on the ps3.

^Oh man, it's awesome, and the mission before that was extremely clever and well done, plus it looked amazing and reminded me of Killzone 2's intro in a few ways.
