PS3 exclusives or 360 exclusives-which are better in quality and quantity?

Now please don't get me wrong.I am asking the question from a neutral viewpoint.If judged from the catalogue of platform exclusives,which one come out on top as of now?

i think both exclusives are great, Gears of War seriesis good, Halo series, iono cant think of better ones then those two games, but i choose ps3 exclusives because online is free and i guess they justappeal more to me.

PS3 has more real exclusives and more relevant exclusives. In my mind, games like Perfect Dark Zero don't count and GRAW isn't a real exclusive (I understand there are gameplay differences but it's still GRAW)

I do think 360 has better exclusives though. Call me crazy but I enjoyed Too Human and other non-AAA exclusives.

Multiplat - 360 (Except Assassin's Creed and Batman)

Sony's game development studios have 10 times the talent and imagination of anything done by Microsoft. All the Xbox has is Halo and Gears of War. And Gears is only an IP that Microsoft owns. Epic is independant. And Bungie is no longer owned by Microsoft, so what does that leave them with? The Xbox has never had a game that could touch anything like Ico, Shadow of the Colossus, God of War, Uncharted or the Ratchet & Clank, Jak & Daxter games. Look at the total failure RARE has become. It's sad.

They also own the rights to Halo. Hence why 343 Studios is taking on the series. They also have Turn 10 and the Forza series.

OT: PS3 for variety and quality. 360 has some solid exclusives, but I prefer the PS3's.

A thing to be noted is that I never find many PS exclusives (PS2 ansd PS3 combined) arrive on the PC,but on the contary Xbox games (original Xbox and 360) often land up on the PC.Like God of War series,Infamous,Ratchet and clank,Heavy rain,MGS4,JAk series,Sly Raccon,Uncharted,Killzone,Shadow of The Colossus and Yakuza will probably never ported to the PC.On the contrary,Xbox and 360 exclusives like Halo series,Gears of War and Viva Pinata often get ported to the PC.

I like games from both sides, Uncharted 2, Demons Souls, GOW3, HEavy Rain on PS3 and Gears 3, Mass Effect, Fable 2-3, Alan Wake, Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, Tales of Vesperia, Kameo, Limbo etc on 360

So, both have great quality and quantity and that is the only truth any gamer that has both systems knows

the ps3 probably has better quality exclusives but in my personal case i had way more fun playing things like ace combat and saints row 1 than i did playing demons souls and heavy rain and the like.

if anyone wants to say ps3 they may be right but just not in my and many other peoples individual cases.

well this year doesnt count right? cuz even 360 fanboys say that the 360 line up sucks

and 360 doesnt have that many... so ps3 as quantity and quality i think

and idk Gears is cool, lost planet and Alan wake

What has RARE done recently? I didn't like any of their 360 games so far, Also, the publisher rankings, for MS, were all the games 360 exclusive that contributed to that number? 110million

Ergo they are influenced by the PSP, PS2 and PC. They're also adversely affected by any utter crap the two companies put out.

360 may have more exclusives but they've dried up in the last few years and there's no doubt PS3 will overtake it soon. If we look at AAAE games 360 has only had Gears 2, Halo Reach, Forza 3 in the last 3 years, PS3 has had GOW III, U2, MGS4 (AAAE), Infamous, LBP. LBP2. R2. I might have missed some but that seems about right and AAE is just as impressive for PS3. Like people have said quality is down to preference but one thing we can say as fact is that PS3 exclusives are way ahed of 360 in terms of technology. Compare Fable III and Reach with GOW III and KZ3.BigBoss255

Also, people shouldn't overlook XBLA.. or PSN games for that matter.

360 has more but PS3 exclusives are far better IMO.

Quality is subjective but quantity wise, the 360 has more exclusives. Now if we start putting limit caps on the scores the games got, the game changes obviously.:P

Exclusives aren't very good in general anymore... KZ3, Halo Reach, LBP2, etc. are all pretty disappointing. Give me more games like dead space 2 please.

Lets not talk about quality right now. I'm on my 6th YES SIX!!! Xbox 360 ATM. It's coming in the mail. All while I play my PS3 which NEVER gives me any problems. Has been such a good machine. If it were to break down tomorrow I'd understand because I used it like crazy and have had it for 3 years now.

I have both consoles but I would have to give it to the ps3. Say what you will about the ps3 exclusives but they are more diverse and generally well polished games. You have games as dierse as Little Big Planet 2 to Killzone 3. There are only 4 really big exclusives on the 360Halo, Gears, Fable, Forza.Majority of the heavy hitter games on 360 are multiplats.

i would be sad... cuz while my ps2 has lasted 10 years and still gets use, i would expect my PS3 to do the same!
