They're going to look pretty much the same. But since they showed a demo to GI on the 360, I wouldn't be suprised if the trailer was from the 360.
Not that it matters.Â
You can get that trailer on XBOXLIVE I don't see why Microsoft would want them to show the PS3 version on their service. I expect the PS3 version will be good but if they used that TABLE TENNIS engine then the 360 kind of has a head start in a way.JiveT
PSN store has it too.

So what, PS3 will have it's own exclusive DLC. Rockstar already said so.
Yeah but the PS3 version won't have custom soundtracks, rumble, and achievments, and ability to voice chat with friends while playing. Â

the 360 has exclusive DLC that extends the story,
the ps3 has exclusive DLC that adds to the map.
this was mentioned way long ago in some mag so i not going to link it.Â

Who says? Also, Home will require trophies for all games released from there on out, and that will include GTA4. You cannot prove any of the crap you just spat out, except maybe no rumble in the PS3 version, which could very likely change if Sony releases a rumble-enabled Sixaxis. Do not spout off garbage lies just because you want them to be true.
Lemmings shouldn't try to use the exclusive DLC as ownage. It's obvious the PS3 version will also get exclusive DLC. An attempt by R* to get people to buy both versions (not happening!).
Also, if you're going to be saying PS3 will get a gimped version because the game was shown off on the 360 first (ridiculous to say the PS3 will get a gimped version) then I can make a ridiculous comment like GTAIV is smaller than SA because of DVD-9.

PS3 as of right now has no announced way of playing custom soundtracks in any game out of the box. FACT
PS3 has no announced rumble contoller as of right now. FACT
No one knows if the whole trophies thing will be a hit yet.
And nope no voice chat in game as of right now.

Everything I said was FACT.Â

The game will feature the same content, and look identical on both systmes, I'm just saying why the 360 version is going to be superior. Â Â

Well it's a FACT that the only thing stopping a game from having a custom soundtrack on PS3 is the developer being lazy. And seeing as even the GTA games on THE PSP had custom soundtrack support, I'm sure the PS3 one will as well. Goodbye!Â

So your whole arguement hinges on how little we know about the actual product. You fail even worse than I thought.

What I listed off are features available in all Xbox 360 games, that doesent include as to what else Rockstar may add. What you are saying on the other hand is pure speculation and asumptions.

Oh SNAP! You gonna take that TIMSTUFF?Â
jeez its people like the TC that realy #$%& me up the wall especially when they make comments about graphics and what not when they dont even know how the PS3 version will look because it is taken off an xbox and not a PS3. And even if it was being played on a PS3 then you still wouldnt be able to compare them cos there wouldnt be an xbox version to compare it to.
lemmings please controll your fanaticle fanboys thank you in advance .
The new Game Informer that came Today says the downloadable content is exclusive to the 360 and there was no mention of any other downloadable content for the PS3.vauba_haoly
http://www.1up.com/do/newsStory?cId=3154462
"When Microsoft announced that GTA IV would have exclusive, episodic content at X06, we wondered if that meant that the PS3 version of the game would have its own exclusive content. Eurogamer reports that an unnamed Rockstar North employee told the news outlet that PS3 owners could expect some exclusive downloadable content of their own. "
Now what?
[QUOTE="Tony-Baxter"]The video we saw was from the X360.111vi hate it when people just make assumptions without a link showing that the ps3 version will be inferior.
I agree, i notice that a lot with lemmings. This is actually the second topic where someone already assumes the 360 version will be better, and this is only after a short trailer was released.Â
both games will have their own exclusive content
it'll be interesting to see which DLC they put more effort into .. one of the DLCs is most likely going to better
wonder which one will end up getting the superior DLC? or maybe we'll get both sets on both consoles eventuallyÂ
[QUOTE="billing"]360 will have the better version with exclusive DLC.
Cows get what they deserve,
The gimped version.Â
Infinatey
lemmings...jesus, help them. Both versions will have their own DLC.

Why would the weakest hardware get the better version? The game would have had to been downgraded for the 360 had it been developed on a PS3 I suppose.Khansoul
Yawn. For one thing your whole point on superior hardware is silly as that has been argued to DEATH and back and I dont think it even matters anymore - we have all seen the reports that claim otherwise and vice versa. Secondly, you obviously don't understand software and how much of an impact that has on this generation of consoles and multiplatform games like the new GTA. Its all in the smaller details now.
