compared to how hard it was to get my hands on a wii, to my 360 and ps3, i think wii won on hardware sales months ago.

wow dude lol...you realize there has been like 5 incidents where the YLOD has occurred? It is an over-heating problem that only the launch 60-20gig ps3's have. It is extremely rare. Unless you play your ps3 like 10 hours a day, you will never be a victim to it. Honestly, the chance of getting the yellow light is extremely low...nothing compared to the RROD issue on the 360.

the yellow light doesn't appear when the system fails, it appears when the hard drive detaches and it can be put right back into place, no problem.Btw... keep dreaming ...

All electrical appliances have problems. A friend of mine had a fault with his ps3 (though he was installing linux and things like that on it) and withing 2 days of calling he had a new free ps3.

I love my 360, I don't think the hardware is garbage, I think they made it to where the GPU doesn't get enough airflow, so it overheats, if they would have designed the case better, thats all, to improve airflow, the 360 would be much more reliable, i think

anyway, I'm lucky never to have had the RROD, but I did have 2 DRE on PS2, and it wasn't untill the redisgned slim version came out that that problem was fixed

I swear by the fan stand by pelican, I'm fairly certain that is why my 360 is cruising along still
