PS3 Has the Coolest Cases

Does anybody else agree with me that the smaller, clear plastic boxes for PS3 games look much slicker than their Xbox 360 and Wii counterparts?

Note: I am speaking more about the box itself, not the artwork/logos.

(Not even gonna talk about PC, because the cases are so different. But I do like the big boxes of PC Games)

Its more of a Wii/360 hybrid.

The Xbox 360 on the left...(PS3 logo)

The Xbox Live logo on the right ( Playstation Network on the ps3 case)

The Wii logo on their case (the ONLY for PLAYSTATION logo on the ps3 case)

As insignifigant as it seems. I'd have to agree with you. Even tho I wouldn't really say its just the ps3. It's all blu-ray cases. Even tho I tend to like the games better that come in my 360 cases. ;)

I like the wii's white case better than the Ps3 or 360's but would really enjoy it if it had the Blu ray case.

I love them :) their size is perfect and the clear boxes are great. I like Wii cases too. The new 360 cases are a bit too flimsy though :(

Since the majority of my games are on ps3 I have a lot of shelf space fitted to that size.

The cover art makes a case for me, but when it comes down to it I'm not to fond of the clear, smaller cases. Something about the green up the top of the 360 cases looks good, & I like the white cases for the Wii. But if I don't like the cover art, I don't like the case. I also hate when the spines of the cases are different from game to game. It annoys me when they decide to be different & change the colour or style so it just stands out when their stacked on the shelf, so much so that I usually sell or return the game after I've finished it. I also rarely by platinum games (the ones that have sold well), they just ruin the whole cover, minimizing what was once a cool cover art, & surrounding it & some grey/silver looking colour for no reason.

I'm pretty paranoid when it comes to game covers, but back to the point. Xbox or Wii > PS3 if they had no cover art at all, in my opinion.

Agreed. They look more contemporary as opposed to the 360 and Wii old time looking DVD cases. Yet, none of them hold a stick to metal collector's edition cases. Those should be the norm (think GeOW2 or MW2 Hardened/Prestige).

For me case wise its PS3 first,wii second and 360 third. I just dont like the green it just doesint match with everything.

The 360 has the worst cases imo, they are too big and the snot green colour is unappealing

...um its a case...let alone the fact its not some new thing because sony made it, they saw the blu ray cases the bluray consortium decided and just started using those instead.

Cases are cooler when the box art is cooler on a average, and sorry no they aren't cooler cause they are smaller and the like, dvd cases means i know how much is gonna fit in any given thing, new cases means i dont have any idea, its the same with double large cases and the like.

if you wanna claim better cause of going green *boxes are smaller...ect* then realize blu ray cases are made of a harder plastic it seems then dvd cases so its a different composition so who knows how much it takes to make them compared to dvd cases.

yeah, i like the PS3 cases better too. 360 cases are all flimsy and crap. especially the booklets.

i don't like the PS3/Blu ray cases that much. i find they don't fit in my rack very well. they always seem to look a mess.

First off I don't find anything cool about cases. I wish the PS3 games were the same size as my Xbox 360 games as the Xbox 360 game is the same size as DVDs.
