That is CONFIRMED.  As for what platform, NOBODY KNOWS.  It could be 360, it could be PC, hell it could even be the Wii (though I know they'd rather commit suicide than downgrade FFXIII).  Nothing has been said about Versus XIII (PS3 exclusive), Agito XIII(Mobile exclusive), Haeresis XIII (platform unknown), Dissidia (platform unknown) or the other unnamed title. Final Fantasy XIII (main series, non-spin-off) is confirmed to be non exclusive. Jeez

My first point is still solid, Eternal Sonanta is confirmed 360 exclusive.  It going multiplat is nothing but silly fanboy speculation, far from the truth.

In news that is sure to rock the gaming world it has been confirmed that Final Fantasy XIII, the blockbuster RPG highly anticipated by millions of fans of the series, will not be an exclusive game for the PlayStation 3 console.

The Final Fantasy XIII project as of right now consists of two games for the PlayStation 3 as well as a mobile game.  Motomu Toriyama of Square Enix has come out and made the confirmation that other consoles will be receiving Final Fantasy XIII on top of the PlayStation 3.
