Yes, it's been posted.
As far as anything else you said in the OP, well...that's what you said. I guess that's how your opinion rolls. :P It's just Famitsu.
Guys, here's information about the link :
"Japanese videogame magazine Famitsu decided to take an objective approach to the question, scouring its game review archives to compile overall console-library scores.
The folks at 1Up spotted the Famitsu story and detailed how the magazine's staff went about formulating its scores. Famitsu tags titles with its Gold Award when they achieve a review score of 32/40 or greater.
The below results tell us the platform, number of Gold games out of total games reviewed, and the overall percentage of Gold titles:
1. PlayStation 3 (77/171, 45.03%)
2. Xbox 360 (104/240, 43.33%)
3. GameCube (87/240, 36.25%)
4. PSP (90/388, 23.20%)
5. Xbox (40/185, 21.62%)
6. Nintendo 64 (38/183, 20.77%)
7. PlayStation 2 (393/1997, 19.68%)
8. Wii (50/257, 19.46%)
9. Nintendo DS (152/887, 17.14%)
10. Dreamcast (62/407, 15.23%)
11. Game Boy Advance (90/618, 14.56%)
12. Sega Saturn (52/930, 5.59%)
13. PlayStation (130/2645, 4.93%)
14. Super NES (55/1407, 3.90%)
15. NES (34/955, 3.56%)
16. PC Engine (22/628, 3.5%)
17. Genesis (11/534, 2.06%)
18. Game Boy (15/1071, 1.40%)
19. Wonder Swan (1/179, 0.55%)
20. Game Gear (0/184, 0%)
According to Famitsu, it's the PS3 game library by a nose over the Xbox 360, based on percentage of Gold games. However, the 360 has 27 more Gold titles. The debate, inevitably, will rage on."
Every Sony fanboy on here that WOOHOO'ed is basically confirming that the original Xbox > PS2 :| that article is worthless.
While it's nice to see the PS3 beat out the 360, the list is pretty messed up. The PS2 should be #1 without question, and the fact that the original xbox is higher on the list than it is seriously ****ed up.
I preferred the original Xbox to PS2 but each to his own. While it's nice to see the PS3 beat out the 360, the list is pretty messed up. The PS2 should be #1 without question, and the fact that the original xbox is higher on the list than it is seriously ****ed up.

I thought having moregold games would be better than having a better percent of gold games.

Yes you are, for the online games like Battlefield 2, Halo 2, Counter Strike and Forza and tons more great games.
lol yet even their list says the 360 has a good 27 games on the PS3.
I would go by the sheer number of good titles which would mean the PS2 is the king which I absolutely agree with. Wish Sony wouldn't have screwed up so bad with the PS3....
BTW WTH is this Wonder Swan and how come the Game Gear got NO good scores? I had a Game Gear back in the day and some of the games were awesome! I remember having a couple great Sonic games and an awesome Garfield game.
