What happened to all the lemmings saying teh cell was weaker than xenon? Why doesn't M$ release a F@H program for xbox360? It knows it will get pwned, thats why.

PS3 is cleaning up M$'s mess. Rumble causes nerve damage and in a few cases cancer, now its up to the PS3 to cure cancer and the SIXAXIS helps undo nerve damage due to its rumble-free design. Good thing sony is always looking out for its customers.

so? could still be a good game. lots of people think itll smoke halo3 visually, but halo3 is still gonna be a good game. its not necessary to cancel it.

and 1up predicted that sony tried to underwhelm spectators that the demo you speak of, in order to go into e3 with less expectations - only to blow them away with a killzone demo.

we'll see if they're right.

2. Since when are "all the worlds computers" contributing to F@H? In fact... since when has the PS3 demonstrated real world mathematical computation greater than a true supercomputer? I love the ease with which people can honestly believe that a $600 machine is capable of outperforming a fifty million dollar supercomputer...

3. No one said the cell is weaker than the xenon. The problem is the RSX is weaker than the Xenos (that's with an 'S') - so the PS3 is graphically weaker than the 360... which might be a problem seeing as its primary function is as a videogame machine.

fold calculations is what a cell processor would be extremely efficient with

does that make it the best cpu? not by a long shot

just as it would get whipped in general applications by average PC processors, the 360 xenon can outperform it in several areas in console gaming
