If you ask me the PS3 should make the game look better than that

kinda sad how an old xbox remake will be the first PS3's exclusive aaa.

The character models in the Xbox version look good but the PS3 version looks MUCH better overall.  Ninja Gaiden on Xbox was one of the best looking games last gen, if not the best.  Ninja Gaiden: Sigma will be ONE of the best looking PS3 games for a long time.SergeantSnitch

hell no I think ur a playstation fan and so am I, But the demo of sigma some parts were a jag fest, overall it's gonna be great but the first level of the demo I hope they smooth out the jaggies before release, uncharted and heavenly sword makes it look Average at bestbigLLL

Yes, the game will look great, just wait and see man.  Team Ninja are great developers.

Heres all I gotta say, 1080p, 60 frames per second, and self shadowing, which the director said has not been even done on any next gen game yet, so it is quite obvious the regular xbox version cant compete with sigma. Great games on the xbox but sigma looks and plays alot better and u can totally see the difference in motion.

I'm hoping this PS3 exclusive, whether it's a remake of a remake of an old game, can maybe steal my heart from my 360 before Lair does. Lost Planet, Dead Rising, Crackdown....Lair needs some help to steal me completely away from those games.

And ninja gaiden black was pretty hard. I think they made sigma even harder, just in the demo playing it on master ninja, they already start u with those red ninjas that throw explosive ninja stars and even when they hit u, u get burned with each hit making there attacks more powerful. I got owned for the 7 rounds and finally got to the last guy and beat him but had to use both my ninja magic fire attacks. And that was only the damn first level, lol. I know im gonna love playing this game all over again because the challenge alone keeps me hyped and loving the challenges that come our way. :)

I heard that u are suppose to lose to him but u can beat him and if u do, u get a special something for it. :)

the game was more like a remake so saying that xbox NG looks the same as PS3 is:roll:

Its also a demo, and most people know that demos are just part of the beta stage of a games final product so one would expect a game to have some flaws during those stages.

im a cow, but im also a lemming, and those pics look very dissapointing to me because its not as much of a vast difference as i wanted it to be. So i just wanna say there is no way in hell im gonna spend 50-60 for a port. I dont care that they had to redo the engine or even if i didnt play it, its still a port and 2-3 year ports should not be worth full price.

$40 bucks at most.

Ninja Gaiden Sigma is not even touching what is capable of. Though Sigma looks good its just an upscaled port of an exisitng game off a last gen engine. Expect to see Ninja Gaiden 2 @ E3.. They are just trying to see the game on ps3 since it did horrible on xbox. Also I played the demo @ 1080p on my TV and I have to say that the game look underwhelming coming from Team Ninja ...

those pictures do not show sigma justice.. i have a 60 inch 1080p tv and sigma looks AMAZING so much better then the xbox game. hands downe20Dylan

Either way, I'm tired of remakes. Still hoping to see some NG2 videos at the next E3.

but when u remember the Xbox insides include a 733Mhz PIII, Geforce3 video card & a total of 64MB RAM- it does make u wonder about the PS3 when its got a 3.2Ghz multi-core CELL cpu, Geforce7800 'RSX' video card & a total of 512MB RAM.

That might be relevent if the game actually looked like those bullshot pics in the comparison.

Seriously there is not point to buying the game unless you havn't played the first. I hope cows enjoy a 3 year old remake of a game that lemmings already played and beat many many times. :lol:
