PS3 or 360 owners: Would you want Metal Gear Solid 4 & Ninja Gaiden 2 multip

Only answer this if you only own one system that is either PS3 or 360.

Would you rather just have both MGS4 and NG2 come out on both platforms? Cows, you would lose your first AAA exclusive, but who cares, right? You get to play two fun games rather than one. Sure, you miss out on all the ownage in System Wars, but you would also miss out on a great deal of entertainment. Would it be worth it? Lemmings, you would lose your "best action title this generation," but who cares, right? You get to experience the epicness of MGS4 and hack and slash your way through hordes of enemies in NG2? You would miss out on an AA exclusive or AAA exclusive (Probably the former.), but you would have more fun.

I wish I could make this with a poll, but I made a poll, like, eight hours ago, so I can't.

Sure, I wouldn't mind.

But you have to throw in a AA game with Ninja Gaiden to make the trade fair.

Would have bought MGS4 for PS3 anyway, and NG2 for 360 anyway.

I own both consoles, but I am not bothered about NG2.

so no, keep it exclusive. Also, not trying to be a fanboy, but if MGS4 came out on the 360 it would be loads of disks, and I dont like multiple dis games. They would probably comprimise the game to fit on one disk.

anyway the 360 has great games of its own.

Only sony and microsoft exec's and fanboys care about exclusives. Gamers hate them.

If a game is exclusive to a system I don't have, I either don't get to play it or I have to go buy a system I otherwise don't need or want.

If a game is exclusive to a system I do have: all that means is other gamers don't get to enjoy it with me. Why would I want that?

When a developer makes a great game: I want to play it, I want my friends to play it, I want it to sell well so the developer is rewarded and will continue to make great games. Exclusiveness hurts the probability of these things happening.

Well, i can only speak as one who owns both consoles, but I hate the idea of Exclusives. I get why there important, but all they do is make me buy another console . black_awpN1

Exclusives are nice. It means developers get to focus on one platform only to make the best possible result.

NG2 is being published by MS. No chance. MGS4 does have a very slim chance to come out on 360. And if PS3 sales are low....you never know :lol:Kratos_OMEGA

Does Microsoft hold the rights to Ninja Gaiden? I don't think so, they're only publishing it. Team Ninja can easily turn around and say they want to put it on the Playstation 3 and Microsoft can't stop them, though Team Ninja will have to find someone else to publish the Playstation 3 version as I doubt Microsoft is going to say "Of course, we'll make Playstation 3 games for you!"
