Well, my brother wants either the PS3 or the Wii, and i told him to get the Wii since he already has a 360. And all the PS3 titles are the same as the 360. But his friend tells him to get the PS3 because the graphics on the Wii suck. So which should he get?
wii, at this point its game lineup actually justifies 250, nothing on ps3 right now justifies 600 dollars. zelda is awesome, even if this site doesnt want to give it AAA status. theres alot of good party games if u like those, i dont but some people do. also with the lineup for the year i think the wii is the better buy, but seriously u have to be able to enjoy the nintendo 1st party stuff. cause right now 3rd party hasnt really took of yet. ps3 will eventually be worth it but not until like the 4th Quarter of the year or something.
Wii, if he already has an HD system it kind of seems like a waste to get another one considering that the PS3 doesnt have any AAA exclusives yet and its $600. tell him to get the wii its got great exclusives
Wii for now, but in 3 years my opinion may be switched, as PS3 will last for 10 years supposedly. The reason why I like Wii is that smaller studios can work on it because it is so cheap. Take crossbeam studios for example, they are now working on Midnight for Wii, and also some game called Orb. So far, the concepts for these games have really piqued my interest, and I hope they will reach their true potential.Â
the honest truth, last night i went to a friends house who owns a ps3 and a wii he has no games for it... only demos he rented and beat resistance.. and is considering getting it for online but he said himself "i only use the system for playing music"
i own a wii and might plan to get a ps3 later since ive owned a psx and ps2.. but i'm going to wait and see how microsoft competes...
I would recomend a PS3. Great list of games coming out, great graphics and free online. Plus it doesnt force you to play with a cheesy toy when you play.Â
Wii, it has a better game lineup, especially in the near future. Wii's graphics are only bad if you try and compare them, otherwise games like TP and Sonic look great. Personally, I think from the videos I've seen the environments in Sonic and the Secret Rings look better than the 360 and PS3 Sonic, maybe.

P.S. Id go with the Wii because it's cheaper, and for the mony right now the PS3 isn't worth it.
But lets say in a year I would say go with the PS3 hands down would be the better buy with all the good games that will be out for it by then.
Your xbox 360 should take care of your graphics needs. Get the Wii, it's way less expensive... it's got some good games, and it's a good complement to your Xbox 360.

If you don't like it here so much... Then why don't you leave? A certain group of fanboys may rule the forums for a while, but a lot of them leave eventually. When PS3 gets a AAA, I can guarentee a lot of Sony guys will appear.
Wii because better game are out for it right now in comparison to ps3, and as u said alot of ps3 games r on 360 so.. ya, and Wii is more of a different thing so its like having a traditonal way to play mixed with a new way.

I imagine when the PS3 starts to show it's worth with some AAA games later this year, they will come back.
