For people that have both a PS3 and a Wii, will you be getting the Playstation Move ? If so why, if not why not?

unless exclusive games come out for it that are mindblowing then no. same goes for kinect my hype level for both is hovering at 0, unless they truly show their worth i'm not spending £100+ for a few motion enabled games that i can play with a controller.
if devs manage to implement properly Move controls in games such as SOCOM, LBP2, KZ3 etc etc i'll definately get Move..
I was already partially sold when I saw games such as Sorcery & Heroes on the move :P
Yeah, I plan on investing in Move. I enjoy the styIe of motion gaming that the Wii provides and have always yearned for that experience with HD graphics. Move allows this. I'm not only interested in the graphics improvement, but more importantly the applications / games that Sony has demonstrated. I'll be playing some of the casual experiences with my family and more complex titles such as Killzone3 and SOCOM 4 as well. I haven't played Heavy Rain yet, so I'm eager to see how that works out with the Move-mote as well :).
Games like Sorcery could be a mix: it has a simple / intuitive control scheme, but should have enough depth to keep the attention of a core gamer. Sly Collection (only played a little of Sly 1) will support Move and so will LittleBigPlanet 2 (which could be applied in various ways considering you can create / play across multiple genres).
Move likely won't become my play styIe of choice over a game pad though. I like the mix.

As an owner of both, I have no desire to spend even more money on move. IF I get it, it will only be because I downloaded a video of Eye Pet and my two year old kid was instantly obsessed with it. I've seen that vide a good 60 times in the past few days. But then again, I think you can play the game without move...so even then I probably won't bother.
i might get 1 move controller, just because i already have a pseye that i never use and a wand is only $50
and Child of Eden looks good
but that's about as far as it goes, it's not like i'm going to buy Tiger Woods for Move when i already have it for Wii, there's no gameplay differences between the two from what i've seen
i'm saving my "new hardware" money for a 3DS
Same here. There's so many games coming out that I wan to buy (and some I haven't bought yet!). I'm not sure when exactly I'll make the "move" :P but I will.Yes, I eventually plan to pick it up. Just not at launch, as there are far too many games releasing that I would rather spend my money on this fall.

as always for me it depends on the software. if there is a killer app then sign me up for sure. but at the moment MOVE has no killer app for me
Yeah :). And also playing RTS games would be much more intuitive. The "control seat" tool better let gamers customize Move controls as it does Duals Shock 3 inputs.LBP2 supports MOVE? :o I can see that making the level design process that much easier. :D

Unlikely to get it, but if there is a can't miss game or two down the road, I might pick it up with a bundle.
LBP2 supports MOVE? :o I can see that making the level design process that much easier. :D

actually LBP2 already supports KB/M :D
but incorporating Move will give us a lot more ideas for how to play/make levels w/ motion controls
I plan to get Move, since I would like to try motion controls on games that won't be on the Wii, like Resident Evil 5 since I really enjoyed the Wii version of Resident Evil 4. I'm not sure if Dead Space 2 has Move support, but that game would be a lot of fun with motion controls.
No, because it's a waste of money--it's expensive, is uninspriring, and won't offer me any of the enjoyment that I currently have with the Wii.

Yeah :). And also playing RTS games would be much more intuitive. The "control seat" tool better let gamers customize Move controls as it does Duals Shock 3 inputs. Under Siege should be on its way. Sort of an RTS, supporting Move. It will even have an editor. There is an old trailer and some pics. And very interesting info on their site. What this man said. No, because it's a waste of money--it's expensive, is uninspriring, and won't offer me any of the enjoyment that I currently have with the Wii.

I might get it to play some shooters with IR controls like socom and killzone because I loved how it worked on the wii but the real FPS experience was never there.. Sure I loved MP3 but other than that they were all really mediocre.
Plus itll give me a reason to play heavy rain again lol... Im not getting kinect though it looks like trash
I probably won't buy the move unless I have the setup (the 3DTV + move - which probably won't happen for a couple of years). If it turns out to be the type of accessory that has exclusive games, then I may reconsider, but I'm not a huge fan of motion controls. I usually just use the classic or gamecube controller for my Wii.
Ihaven'ttouchedmy Wii since September '08, but I might rent MadWorld and Galaxy 2. If there are good games on Move, I'll sell my Wii to buy Move.
