I've already deleted that POS from my PS3.

And no, the PS3 does NOT save lives. It gives you a lame excuse to say that it's doing something other than collecting dust.

#1 F@H has been on the internet for SEVEN years, I didn't care about it then and I'm certainly not going to care about it when Sony sneaks it onto my $600 console for some quick PR.

#2 I purchased my PS3 for games, not news stories about how my GAMING console has a nifty program that folds proteins.

It's your console, do what you want with it. But these "news" stories are BS IMO. Whether the PS3 passes the PC portion of F@H (which it already has if I think about it) or not; F@H was NEWS actual REAL news SEVEN years ago. It's nothing new now.

If F@H can do anything to help mankind then I.m all for it. I have had so many friends and family that has lost the battle with many of the diseases over the years. Who knows one day maybe one little experiment that was ran on this program may save one of our lives or at least help live a better quality life even with some of these diseases.

I could care less even if playing 360 impeded cancer research I would still take it over a PS3 any day.
