PS3 vs 360?

I own a Wii and going to go for a second system, having trouble debating which one should I get? I want a system with a 16% failure rate and i also want a system that makes me pay to play games online with whiny brats. Also which system sells overpriced add ons, because I feel that is the system for me. And one more thing I want a system that allows the same exclusives to go on PC but with dedicated servers and more content? What do you guys think I should get?jharv
