6 wasnt multiplat and neither was 7, and they did say its one of the biggest advancements even though it scored a point less its because its held to a higher standard because 6 was a decent game.

MGS 3 2 substance came out on ps2.. so .. no i wouldent call them exclusives for xbox... but thats not the point is it... RR6 mighta scored .1 higher, but GS said it's one of the biggest advancements in the history of the series.... i dont see how you can still call it "the same game" You can say MGS 2 and substance are "the same game" but.... racing sequals will always be "pretty much the same"

And for the record gamespot's reviews aren't definitive or anything. In my opinion this is one of the worst review sites on the web. If you're looking for gaming news or a pointless debate like this one then gamespot is perfect. Ign is much better for reviews.

......... Let me put it to you this way...Nobody is going to buy a PS3 because RR7 is exclusive, somebody might actually buy a 360 because PGR3 is exclusive.
Nobody is going to buy a PS3 because Condemned is on PC.....Someone might buy a 360 because Condemned is on 360 and not on PS3........
Someone might buy a 360 over a PS3 because 360 has Burnout and PS3 does not...
When i say compete, i mean compete with in the minds of potential buyers.

I dont know the sales figures... but I never thought PGR was that big of a game (like.. THAT much bigger than Ridge racer) but.. i think alot of people know of ridge racer, but dont play it too much.. it's been around along time...
Then again, if somoone is a racing fan... GT5 and GTHD will sell more systems than forza or PGR ever will. I remember when GT3 came out ... and they packed it w/ ps2.. those things sold all kinds.. in fact.. thats when m y bro bought it (and i have it now) .. and MGS came out at the same time...
I think i just figured out how sony can sell about a million consols in a month....

Eh Ign is ok but I still like Gamespot reviews better. But my favorite review source is Game Informer.
Whats with cows saying the list is no good because ridge racer isn't on there.. If he had put RR7 on there.. he could have but RR6 on there.. which would just cancel it out anyhow..

Heck yes.. super rub a dub looks pimpin.. i mean, ill pick up resistance, and RR7 (and mgs when it comes out) but.. super rub a dub is givin me the itch to do it sooner (rather than wait for MGS this year or FF13 next year)

Then go ahead and check out scarface or 50 cent: bullet proff Then tell me that reviews = sales.... And, btw ... my GF has some rediiculus obsession with rubber ducks.. so i'm sure she'd go crazy for the realistic .. rubber ducks and just it in general.. and i honestly think it just seems like it'd be a fun game... like.. sokobon or any other puzzle game of its type... just seems neat to me.

Vidio... i've said it before... but.. MGS will at the minimum be a timed exlusive, because phil harrison would probably start a boxing match with kojima if he would of let MS have it at the same time... PS would be ok w/o it.. but.. they definatly want MGS right now.

I know.. I was saying.. If he had put it on the list of 8.0+ games in the same time peroid.. the 360 one scored higher.. so it would have just looked worse for the ps3
