I choose 360 lineup only because of gears 2,if 360 didnt have gears 2 then the lineup would be an epic failure andI wud have choosen ps3 lineup instead

I don't like shooters and with the 360 getting Banjo and the best DDR this year. The 360 lineup for me is a major step above PS3. Even though LBP does look good but DDR is a must buy for me.

I choose the PS3's line-up. The original Gears didn't do anything for me, so Gears 2 is a pass for me, but Fable 2 looks pretty good, and will probably be my go to 360 game because of coop with my buddy.

LittleBigPlanet will probably consume all of my gaming time for the rest of the year, and when I'm not playing it, it's going to be either Socom, Resistance 2, or some other multiplatofrm game like Mirror's Edge, Valkyria Chronicles, Fallout 3, or Prince of Persia.

A lot of the strategy/jrpg fans (small but vocal group) are excited about Valkyria Chronicles ...... I would put that at AA-A hype.

Resistance 2 has been hyped AAA, I laughed when I saw the AA.

Banjo 3 was hyped AAA until they announced it was vehicles.....then the hype was more of an A-AA. Fable 2 has always seemed to be AAA though, rarely have I seen a Lem hype it lower

And you forgot a couple exclusvies, L4D for X360...hype I think is AA-AAA. Motorstorm 2, hype is AA-AAA.

yeah that's right, I forget sometimes we are not allowed to "count" PC multiplats. In my world though I feel it's an exclusive but by the law of systemwars, yeah I guess we can't count it.

well like i said we're not talking PC it's just concerning PS3 and 360, and between those, L4d is only going to 360, that can't be excluded since a exclusive is a exclusive.

Dude i think of Home as a game.Well a very good and unique game ofcourse(not only to me but to almost anyone who owns a PS).Theres nothing out like that,except zwinky and all on PC which are mostly 2D and in very poor graphics.And An exclusive is and exclusive wether its Naruto or Resistance its still an exclusive.That does add to the library rite ? Its not like it never existed.If that was the case i wouldnt call Gears of war an exclusive AT ALL .Since we all know that theres gonna be a BETTER PC version.Consider me as a fanboy/cow or whatever you want to say but what i wrote in post early posts was very true.You still dont give me a very good reason to re consider my list :).

Ok add Halo wars.But still really doesnt matter much.The only TRUE title Xbox has EVER had is Halo and they are trying their best to make it a freaking life style :D.Although i would entirely agree that people have gone nuts after Halo.But still for me its just an average shooter except Halo Combat Evolved.:)

So as we head into the final months of 2008 we see a battle between the EXCLUSIVE titles in each of the respective consoles lineups:

PS3 - Resistance 2, Little Big Planet and SOCOM: Confrontation
360 - Gears of War 2, Banjo and Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts and Fable 2

I've created this thread in light of recent debate over the hype for certain titles. From these topics this is what I've come up with:

PS3 - Resistance 2 (Hype AAA-AA), Little Big Planet (Hype AAA) and SOCOM: Confrontation (AA-A)
360 - Gears of War 2 (AAA), Banjo and Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts (AAA-AA) and Fable 2 (AAA-AA)

I know I'll obviously be called out for the hype levels but this is just what I've come across in SW recently and the reason this thread exists for debate.

Again, I understand preference comes into play with which lineup you favour but from a neutral's prespective we have two pretty even lineups.

And finally, since I need to be biased, is SW conceding that the 360s fall lineup is better than the PS3? (Since each party hypes their own lineup respectively).

So you basically copy everything from Wiki ? As you mentioned most of them arent playable same case as the PS3.Ps3 has just a little bit less overall but again most of them not playable. Anyway Dead Rising allready out,Dead or alive 4 already out,Perfect dark zero alreayd out,Condmemned Criminals origins NOT EXCLUSIVE(i finished it twice on my pc and just finished Blood shot yesterday :) hate the last part of bloodshot though) and last but not the least Fable 2,Yes the only appealing title i see in there :).

so now timed exclusives don't count? oh, okay. and just because they're launch exclusives doesn't mean they don't count. and i never said that bloodshot was exclusive. i copied wiki to prove my point. you're taking PS3 exclusives with little to no hype and constructing them into an elaborate argument that they will make the console a must-have system. on the other hand, i mentioned titles with a lot of hype, and never used mediocre titles and shovelware to bolster my argument.
