PS3 vs. 360: Which will have the best games?

In the next two years, PS3 will have:

Agent, FFXIV, MAG, God of War III, Uncharted 2, The Agency, Demon's Souls, Quantum Theory, Heavy Rain, Afrika, Gran Turismo 5, The Last Guardian, Ratchet & Clank Future, FF Vs. XIII, White Knight Chronicles, and Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2, as well as some others.

360 will have:

Halo 3 ODST, Halo Reach, Splinter Cell Conviction, Alan Wake, Left 4 Dead 2, Crackdown 2, Forza Motorsport 3, Milo (if that counts), Mass Effect 2, Raven Squad, APB, Section 8, Painkiller Resurrection, MagnaCarta II, Warhound, and Venetica, as well as some others.

Personally, I like the PS3 exclusives much better, although I own a 360.

The PS3 has the better line up

I own both as well. Both have excellent games, but I feel the PS3 has games that I feel will become better classics. The PS3 lineup just makes me feel all nostalgic, and reminds of the quality of the games I loved in the past. For some reason, I just don't get that feeling with the 360.

PS3's lineup is better, but dang no Mass Effect 2. It almost makes a 360 worth buying (I'll just beef up my PC).

I personally like the 360's a slight bit more. They're both great though!

xbox 360 has better line up

I prefer the 360's lineup. Who needs that blue lazer mashine. Nobody, that's what I think.

They look about the same to me. I don't like shooters 9/10 times so that's like 70% of both lists instantly eliminated. There only like 1 games per that, as of right now, i'd purchase immediately if I had the money: Heavy Rain and Mass Effect 2. I'd probably buy the old Ratchet game to see if it was the type of shooter I liked. Gore is a pretty big turn off to me and although I never played them, I always liked that the ratchet games didn't have gore but looked like they had way more action, crazier weapons and way more stuff blowing up than other shooters. When you can't rely on gore to get you sales, you have to actually have really solid gameplay, which i've always heard that those games had. Plus the cartoony look reminds me of the games I grew up playing.

Even when I step out from my own taste it looks like both of them are genre matched with hq titles. Seeing this list reminds me how important multiplats are. It's not like i'm only interested in 1 game a year, but that all the other games i'm interested in are coming out on both systems and weren't listed.

So, I'm looking forward more to the XBox. BTW, I own both...

For the PS3 I am going to get Agent, Uncharted 2 and maybe Heavy Rain. For the 360 I am going to get both Halo's, Crackdown 2, Alan Wake and L4D2. So for me the 360 has at least one more game for me so I will go with that the 360. And as a bonus probably Gears 3!:D
