Couple days ago I made a thread about my dillema PS3 vs XBOX360 with a nice rig right next to it. Basicly I convinced myself to buy a PS3 since most AAA titles on the XBOX360 get ported sooner or later to the PC anyway, but (once again, but but but) I've been doing more ''research'' (lieing around bored as **** surfing some websites) and I'm once again in doubt, and have not even the slightlest idea which way I'll go.
So instead, I thought I'll ask some questions and hope I can get the answered and hope for the best.
First of all, I made a list of games I'm interested in getting, you'll notice it only includes games that will be released this year. As it should, not going to buy a console with a game as reason which is coming out in years.
MULTIPLATS; These are available on both consoles so my question is, which one looks better, and plays (controller-wise) better on which console, and which network (XBL vs PSN again) would be the better suited one?
Battlefield Bad Company
Tom Clancy's EndWar
Race Driver GRiD
Assassin's Creed (no online feature, I know)
Soul Caliber 4
EXCLUSIVES(X360): What can I expect for my X360 in the future 'cause from the looks of it, the last couple AAA titles are coming out this year and it seems to be heading for a dry season ...Or am I wrong?
Ninja Gaiden II
Halo 3
Viva Pinata Trouble at Paradise
Banjo-Kazooie Nuts & Bolts
Gears of War 1/2
EXCLUSIVES(PS3): How bad/good do FPS's play on the DualShock 3? MGO looks dull or is it just me? What can I expect from the future for my PS3, if I get one?
Metal Gear Solid 4 Guns of the Patriot: What's with the !'s and stars that pop above characters, what kind of F'ing shooter has that? Yeah, I've never played a MGS ... So what can I expect? :|
LittleBigPlanet
Valkyria Chronicles
Ninja Gaiden Sigma
Resistance 2
Bioware's RPG/Final Fantasy XIII Versus/Team ICO's Game if they come out this year, which I doubt
(And I don't like FF-gameplay, so I'm not really looking forward to XIII)
I hope someone can help me out on this one, 'cause I really don't want to spec 800 bucks on 2 consoles, I just want 1 so I can invite my friends at home and play some awesome games together, play a couple of quick matches with my brother, enjoy some intense singleplayers whenever I want and be able to just go online and continue the onslaught.
So which console could deliver this experience the best? (Except for the Wii ofc ... not saying it can, but if you plan on saying it, don't ...you get the point ok? -_-)
