the week only ends when sony says it does
PS3 Welcome back program is not fear, Lets put it this way, the people that stood for sony is the people that went and get A PS3 even when Sony had no online at that time, Sony needs to reward those who got ps3, when the ps3 had no online, Those people r key, they had the chance to choose to get a 360 with online, but they stood with Sony. They paid full price, and yet, Sony doesn't give them a " THANX FOR BUYING OUR PRODUCT WHEN IT HAD THE WORST PROBLEM IN OUR HISTORY" Ayrtonsennna
I don't know what the heck you just posted?
What is your point?

Listen when your 360 gets RROD or whatever MS "hooks you up" with a free month of X-Box live.
Sony hooks you up with free PSN all the time. Now their giving us free games. That's pretty awsome in comparison if you ask me.

my point is why not give the Welcomeback project to all PS3 users to teh day ps3 store came back. Sony only gives the welcome back program to users b4 the 20th, but not the people that got a ps3 after the 20th? I think the most important people are those who got a bad product with a failure, and that was sony had after the 20th a failure product. yet millions of people chooses Sony knowing it just got haxed and there was no online.im not saying that, what im saying is, the people that went out and yet got a ps3 knowing Sony were having huge problems, why not rewards those people with the welcomeback program, they had no online either. Imagine if nobody would got a ps3 after the 20th, Sony will b doomed, Sony needs to appreciate those who got confidence in Sony and got a ps3 after the 20th.Listen when your 360 gets RROD or whatever MS "hooks you up" with a free month of X-Box live.

You make no sense.
It more than likely costs a bit of money to allow people to download retail games for free. If they didn't make it so you had to be registered before hand, then everyone could just run in and get all 5 games for free. The people that got a PS3 while PSN was down aren't losing anything. They didn't have any information on an account, so they were at no risk of any information being leaked or whatever.
If they get a PS3 afterwards, why should the be "Welcomed Back" when they weren't apart of the PSN originally?
Besides, it doesn't take "Confidence" to buy as PS3 after the hacking incident. Just don't put up credit card information to buy things. Then you're good.
I know what u did!!! lolwell, my ps3 WAS a blu-ray player, now it's a Blu-Ray player with 2 free games I'll never play :)

What? :?
Can someone translate what OP just said?

He want free games even if he didn't have a PSN account before the hack.
I think he somehow has a point since a lof ot people who bought their PS3 during the hack couldn't get into PSN until now, however TC, you should also keep in mind that they weren't affected since no personal info from them were compromised by the attacks, so in reality, Sony doesn't own them that much, just a couple of weeks with no online play, who IMO, is no reason to give them free games.
