Yeah lemmings are right. Sony, a company with more annual revenue than MS and many huge diverse divisions, is going to fail because they willingly took losses to get PS3 out there.Lazy_Boy88

When Sony finally gets the games out and the production costs down the PS3 will be ok, then the Blu-ray royalities from the PS3 market penetration will go thru the roof for Sony.

They will not, 3 million or so is large but its nothing compared to what they have.

On the contrary, MS is making an enormous profit off the 360 considering so many of their customers keep having to get them replaced multiple times.

Sony made Spiderman 3 the movie, and it will cross 1 billion worldwide easily. So it makes money in other places.

You can't make a profit on a console when you are still losing money on it.

Oh, I meant the budget was reported to have been 300 million, not the revenue. But like I mentioned, the fact that the budget was so high is moot considering the profits were even more outrageous.
