PS3 wining...?

Since the PS3 has given its console a price cut more and more people are buying themself sony's child.

This is mostly happening because Sony is giving itself out there and making more and more advertisement to sculpt its console future.

To my guess Microsoft should do the following to stay in the race.

-Price cut yet again. (because they can)

-Built in wireless.

-Make more advertisment.

-Price cut the hard drives ,thus automaticly price cuting the console's overall cost.

Please no fan boy comments, express yourselves with an argument or opinion based on a fix source of knowledge.

PS3's in third place with a respectable gap to fill, they are in no way "winning" in terms of present success.

However, they did seal Demon's Souls exclusivity, so that is a major win imo.

What about solid AAAE games??? No more Halos I mean, brand new IPs just like Sony.

IMO Gears and Halo will eventually get old, and MS doesn't seem to have another flag

How is ps3 winning when it still hasnt surpassed 360 in sales, this war is far from over my friend!!

Considering Demon's Souls is a Sony 1st party game in Japan co-developed by Sony and From Software, Produced by Sony and Planned by Sony...sealing the deal means Sony had it created in the first place and Sony planned out the game, sure.

I heard Sony's trying to "Seal the deal" in getting God of War III, Infamous II, Last Guardian, and Resistance 3 all exclusively! No confirmation's yet, but I'll let you know how those negotiations fare.;)

No,the illogical part is saying that Sony "sealed the deal for Demon's Souls exclusivity". That's like saying, I give Nintendo credit for sealing the deal on Metroid's exclusivity, or Capcom for maintaining the exclusive rights to Street Fighter.

Of course it's exclusive, it exists because of that company.:roll:

I will tell you one thing that Microsoft did to win this year...when Microsoft somehow managed to seal the deal and get Halo 3:ODST as an exclusive, that's a MAJOR win right there.

Don't get me wrong, I'd like to see Sucker Punch continue with Infamous or Sly Cooper, and Insomniac with Ratchet, Resistance, and whatever else they'd like to create, but that doesn't have to happen.

Bungie was recenly freed to make whatever they want, but since their freedom, Bungie has made Halo 3:ODST and they are working on the upcoming Halo Reach.

I'm very interested to see if Bungie will continue the Halo series, or if someone else will take the helm for the series.Whatever Bungie creates, I'm down to play it, but it's just a neat thought. Maybe they will create something, and make a Halo Reach:ODST type of game. :P

I know Bungie loves Halo and their fans, but it's interesting if a change will happen, or not. As artists, they do like to move to other projects, and I wouldn't blame Sucker Punch, Insomniac, Level 5, or any other company to feel the same way eventually.

360 still has more AAA/AA. Although the PS3 is catching up nevertheless MS is releasing Alan Wake and GeoW 3 next year which might be guaranteed AAAs. And since Alan Wake is no longer coming to PC its considered 360 exclusive.

Hmm...what if I was to say...Sony has God of War 3 and Resistance 3 coming out next year (which they basically are), which also might be guaranteed AAAs.

So what are you 360 fan boys complaining about now? I still don't get the point of this thread or any other "PS3 is winning" threads. If some other system was winning over your 360 you'd be complaining about it to. System wars discussions always make me laugh :lol:
