PS3's big October whats 360 got?

Just an honest question.

PS3 has Socom Confrontation, Little Big PLanet. BOTH huge must buys. I'm a hardcore Socom fan, and I have the beta and can tell you this Socom is like Socom 1 & 2 only better. It's got Frost Fire from Socom 1, Cross roads from Socom 2. What more can you want? Plus 6 more maps, each has a day time or night time mode. Plus more maps to come later.

Little Big Planet with what alot are saying the best new thing to come in quiet a while. I mean you can build your own side scrolling world for others to enjoy.

And the multiplate must buys of Oct, Fallout 3, and Dead Space. So four sweet games, followed by Nov with Resistance 2.

What exactly does 360 have in Oct?

And before you say, yes in my opinion LBP Socom Conf. >>> Gears 2, I'm sorry as good as Gears 1 may have been, Gears 2 is the same stuff with small adjustments and a SLIGHT update in graphics. While Resistance while still not as texture pretty as Gears looks more atmospheric and has recieved a much bigger upgrade.

Gears 2 update: 5 vs 5 compared to 4 vs 4

Resistance update: 60 players online vs its old 40 online, 8 player co-op online with it never had, and most likely just like last time Resistance will have a single player that is TWICE as long to beat. Gears 1 could be beaten in what? 5 to 8 hours? Resistance was around 12 to 16 hours. Both if flying through them.

well, while not exclusive, the 360 has Left for Dead on the horizon, not to mention Gears 2 (if gears2 is the same stuff, so is resistance 2), and Fable 2.

oh, and the 360 still gets dead space and fallout 3, as well.:)

Well for October and in terms of exclusives, it's pretty much Fable 2 vs LBP and SOCOM. I wouldn't exactly say that the PS3 has a better lineup as if someone who likes RPG games will prefer the 360 lineup for October more.

For me, LBP will be the big winner for October:D

Fable II A huge must buys. Besides, SOCOM is not that "huge" considering how the last ones scored.

Meh, all that interests me for the PS3 in October is LBP, which I can't wait for after playing the beta like an obsessed druggie. I'm also getting Saints Row 2, Dead Space, Fable 2, Far Cry 2, and Fallout 3 -- but those games will be bought for Xbox 360 and PC. So my Xbox 360 will be taking up more of my time.BioShockOwnz

Wow first thing is first Socom isn't a must buy its a must not buy. That game blows and every beta tester out there knows it. Its just another rip off scam by sony to say hey you can buy the game and a headset for $60.....I did that with Warhawk and I'm not doing that with Socom. I wanted a full and really good game which Socom is not. Why can't the headset be bundled with Little Big Planet? See the picture little big planet is really good and Socom isn't. Thats the only thing Socom is depending on is that headset. Socom is made by Slant Six which isn't the same dev as original Socom. odin2019

Socom a rip off? Socom was PS2's biggest shooter, and it set records in online users online at the same time on a console. Yea, its a big joke series. Socom 3 sucked and combined assualt we ALL KNOW. Slant Six is working on the game to much like Socom 1 and 2.

By the way all the beta players say it sucks? How did you speak with them all? Amazing stuff you say.

Socom will probably blow(imo). 360 has Fable 2 which will be awesome. Honestly, I think the only competition that Fable 2 will have(in October) that's a PS3 exclusive will be LittleBigPlanet.

When Gears has a longer sp then Resistance, I'll eat shet and bark at the moon. And on a side note, Resistances 2 co-op is a different story.
