Shuhei Yoshida has confirmed that the blue line of Playstation 4 console is not a paint but Light which changes colors.

Actually, that's not true. The PS4 that experienced the "red light of death" didn't actually die. It continued to function properly after it cooled down from overheating.

My afterglow headset can do that too... now I can color coordinate... lol...

i find lights highly annoying and distracting. I have black tape on crap around my place lol. My t.vs 2 has red dot and one has red button when off, my headset receiver, computer, 360, speakers

When i decide pick up a ps4 down the road coming year or two. a BIG ASS LONG PIECE be waiting
