PS4 vs. Xbox One Exclusives(2014)

Pretty obvious who wins the exclusives war. Was never in doubt though after last gen. I'm sure Xbox One must have a few more kinect exclusive titles though. If you are to include playroom for PS4 then all kinect stuff will need to be on there. Isn't there an exercise thing that looks very good?

So excited for Uncharted, The Order, Rime, Shadow of the Beast, Everybody's Gone To The Rapture and Infamous:SS. Proper gamers games.

I added Kinect game... As i said, it needs to be Microsoft or Sony platform exclusive. When Kinect game is on PC too, then it´s multiplatform. Most Kinect games are released.

Kinect games are like 4D, Kinect Sports.

Kinda tough to decide. It really boils down to personal preference. I loved Zoo Tycoon on the PC and I'm delighted MS is releasing it for the X1. On the other hand, MLB: The Show is my favorite sports franchise, and it never disappoints.

Quantity does not mean quality. Most of the PS games you show are already on PS vita/PS3. Just goes to show that the PS4 has much much more indie games compared to the Xbox One and are willing to port these games over from PS3/Vita to PS4.

Sadly, I don't really care much about indie/arcade games. Never played them last generation.

None of the arcade/indie games listed there interest me at all.

Fair enough. I just thought you must me missing a few games as that is a bit of a lacklustre exclusives line-up. Xbox Fitness must be an exclusive though. I know it's more of an app than a game but even still. Seems a bit cruel on Lems not to include it.

Well no, it´s not exclusive :) When game comes out on 1 platform like november, and on second platform december, does this means it´s exclusive? Nope. Call of Duty is not exclusive too :)

Well, then i can remove Max: The Curse of Brotherhood, Zoo Tycoon, Fantasia: Music Evolved games too which makes only 6 exclusive. As i said, as long it´s on Microsoft or Sony platform exclusive, it´s exclusive :)

I never said I liked arcade games, for either platform. I have an Xbox 360 and PS3, and not once did I purchase an arcade/indie game. I'm buying both PS4 and Xbox One.

I'd like it though if you made a separate list, where retail games are listed and compared excluding indie/arcade games.

Funny thing is that the one game I'm most looking forward to is Everybody's Gone To The Rapture. I just loved Dear Esther and if that's anything to go buy it'll be sweet.

PS4 has a lot of great looking indies coming it's way, no doubt (and a lot of weird looking Japanese game as well), but in terms of actual megaton exclusives, I'd say it's pretty close. More interested in Playstation's lineup ultimately, but that has entirely to do with Uncharted more than anything (though the Order is damn interesting). Halo is almost enough to void my anticipation of these two out... almost.

I'm excited to see more about Quantum Break, The Order, and Infamous. It's gonna be a good year for gaming :)

Hopefully, a new Gears game is announced to spice up the exclusives on the Xbox side. It's the only potential game holding me back from buying a PS4. Quantum Break looks interesting though. Overall, PS4 has a lot more to offer, I couldn't give less shits about Halo, The Order looks so freaking awesome.

I'm kinda saddened by the array of indie-like/looking titles coming to current gen, as I more of that blockbuster/mainstream gamer guy. I'm judging a book by its cover, but eh.

PS4 destroys the games of Xbone.

Prefer PS's line up but X1's probably going to win more US gamers.

That PS4 line up somehow made me lol so hard, but yeah out of the 2 launch line up, I prefer the PS4 one, since it has Infamous SS & (maybe) uncharted.

I'm much more hyped for multiplats like Titanfall, Destiny, Watchdogs, etc.

We've already established the ps4 has lots of indie games. X1 will gain ground on that front eventually but I couldn't care less tbh.

It's NOT an XBone exclusive STOP hyping it as one. Fact of the matter is that anyone with a 360 or PC can play it (and in the case of PC with better graphics and controls).

MS does not own PCs so it's not a "feather to their cap" you lemming.
