QuakeCon: Carmack Dishes Dirt on Sony and Microsoft

Hey all.

First off, i'm a Lemming. This means that I will actively support the 360 in every situation

I'm just glad he cleared up all the "PS3 is 50 BILLION TIMES BETTER THAN THE 360" crap. I mean, all I ever hear from cows is "CELL PROCESSOR IS TONS MORE POWERFUL THAN 360!".

That was cleared up ages ago. The 360 isn't that good either though.

That was cleared up ages ago. The 360 isn't that good either though.

john carmack said 360's hardware is overall better only limitation really is the dvd rom size....but they also said ps3 is having issues streaming their game rage off the blu ray drive.

That isn't solid evidence that it is technically better though.

um, yes it is. if the game is exactly the same on both consoles but it streams faster on the 360, then which is superior?
