System Wars is a slaughterhouse today.

It kind of seems like both SONY and MS are going to be snatching up devs and then just releasing their games on all platforms other than in cases where it benefits them more to keep them exclusive. It's all a numbers game at this point in time. Not sure if I like that or not, but there is becoming less and less reason not to just go with one console. SONY's excluives while ok to me aren't my main buying point, so if MS snags a couple more big devs I might not feel so inclined to lead out with a SONY console the gen after. I'll let time dictate and take it one step at a time, but it almost feels as though everything is just trying to merge.

If they bought studios and release games on all platforms I would be fine with that. 😁 I would even be fine with time exclusives. No more than a year.

I did made thread about this game. it does looks fantastic. my type of game and i would even think of buy PS5 in near future just for this game.

now chances of PC version are 99% means no need for console.

I prefer to not play FPS at all as its a shit genre, its the genre for casuals take the guy above as an example lol.

I know Battlefield and Call of Duty exist and are gobbled up by casuals, but you can't ignore the existence of extremely uncasual FPSs like Quake 3 Arena. I'm not sure if there's any game less casual than that shit. Plus, lump all FPSs together is weird as they can be so different from eachother. It's just a perspective dude.

I can understand not liking a whole genre though, I do that myself to an extent as I'm not big on strategy games, but to call a whole genre "shit"? That's just trolling, man. I can still find some strategy games I like, just like how you can find some FPSs you like.

I see why you're shilling this game now, and that's because its being made by Arkane, as you shilled the last game they made, and in the thread you recently did for this game you said its a cross between Hitman and Dishonored.

Its repetitive because you need to replay the level over & over again killing the same enemies, but in a quicker manner than you did previously.

So you might alter your run to skip an enemy here or kill them in a different order, but you will need to run it, and run it, and run it time and time again which makes it repetitive. So do you want to call it innovative repetitiveness lol.

Really? Quantum Error has been mention several times here on SW as an PS5 exclusive...or so it seems at the time. To honest, I really didn't think of much about this game, but it has ping my interest. Looking forward how it turns out on release.

If I remember this game correctly I wasn’t really all that impressed by it so this news gets a big old, “Meh” from me.

No, find the one approach that is the fastest to beat the level so you don't die, so you have to repeat the level over & over again to find the right/fastest way, which means lots of repetition to find that way.

Its not like Hitman as with Hitman you have to wait (sometimes a bloody long time) for your enemy to walk under that rigged chandelier or drink the cocktail you poisoned, DL is about speed and finding the fastest route, do you even watch the videos, or because its Arkane you just post it and then talk about it without ever knowing what you're on about.

The only thing i can find somewhat "innovative" is having another person on the same level hunting for you, but what hasn't been discussed is whether its an actual person or a character played by the AI.

Again innovative repetitiveness, man i just created a new genre and a better one than the fictional "immersive sim" one LOL.
