Question: any horrible games with really good graphics?

seriously when peoplle say graphics arent all that, it gets me thinking but icant think of a single game with reallly good graphics but bad gameplay.

Prince of Persia ( 2008 )

Excellent art direction, but the game basically held your hand the entire way.

Lair is probably the most well known to fit that description

define "really good graphics". there are several games that have good graphics, but are just flat out bad. however, i have yet to play a "graphics king" that didn't have at least playable gameplay.

Lair and Sonic and the Black Knight(for a Wii game, it looks great).

Some may disagree with but Fay Cry 2 was pretty bad. Great visuals though.

Army of Two's visuals weren't too bad either. However, the game is bad

Far Cry 2 was a good game, it was fun and the story was great, but it's really boring after.

Yes it was. I had a lot of fun with it. Its a shame there's never going to be a sequel, considering the ending practically demands one. And just imagine what it would have been like on new tech :cry:

The focus of the game isn't the story though. Its like saying you hated a Mario game because the story wasn't good. Its just not something you judge games like this on. If the game was TRYING to focus on story, it'd be a legitimate point. Its not.

The main focuses of an FPS should be game play first, and graphics a close second. Stories in an FPS almost always fly over people's heads anyway, because it always boils down to you just shooting whoever isn't on your team.
