Question for Cows who have played Gears or Dawn of War2 on their PCs...

How does it feel to be a cow with a Xbox live gamertag? cuz when you install those it forces you to create a Live account (aka gamertag) if you dont already have one.

Just curious.

Well I am not a cow but I own a PC and PS3 and to be honest I dont care. Dawn Of war 2 is one of my favorite RTS even though it changed a lot from the first 1 but its awesome. I dont pay for windows live so I dont care. :D

how dose it feel that u have to pay for it and its free on the pc? whats u point how old are u.do me a fav abd buy a ps3 and tell me what u dont like about it. i still dont get why gears got a lower score 8/10(agree) whith extra content and so on while the x360 version got like 9.5(not that good of a game) same goes for halo2

I dont think gears 1 PC was LIVE, but it did have achievements, same with Halo2. XBL friends ask how the hell I have Halo 2 cheeves - its the PC/Vista version thats why.

I dont mind it, I have PC, 360 and PS3, I dont have to pay for live but I get the cheeves!

I bought GTA4 and Fallout3 on PC after finishing them on 360 and the cheeves register twice on my gamerscore.

A good gaming PC is atleast twice the cost of an xbox 360, so in the end everyone pays about the same whether you are paying for a live subscription or not. Fail argument, i win.TheDuffman26

Did I say PC Live?

The answer is no.

I said PC can do all of those things, therefore there isn't even a reason for PC/Microsoft Live to incoorporate these features.

Find me a good gaming PC for $200 please.

Rudimentary PC you have to have (2 or 3 GB of DDR2, basic dual core CPU, decent 19" monitor)+ $100 dollar video card (Radeon 4670 512 MB GDDR3) = much better gaming experience than 360 :D
