Question to the xbox 360 fanboys.

So if gears 7,halo7,forza7 and stuff come out wont you be tired of these exclusives?

Would you like microsoft to make more exclusives that arent fps?

i think MS is relying on 3rd party developers too much now adays. most 3rd party are going multiplat. sure maybe you can pay big money to have a 3rd party game exclusive, but that only seems to help out for the short run. 1st party devs that pump out quality games really do help a gaming console in the long run. it gives it more steam for the long haul. what happens when your 3rd party contracts run out? you need a good balance of 1st party and 3rd party support in my opinion.

personally i stopped playing on my 360 over 2 years ago because i got bored with halo after halo 2 (halo 3 was very meh, then again i love pc fps' way more). gears of war 1 i really loved, but i think i played it so much that by the time gears 2 released i wasnt interested (i think gears for pc also made me lose interest in the console version and future releases). I bought forza 1 and i didnt like it. im more of a gran turismo guy.

I think my main issue leads back to pc though. PC has just spoiled me so much, its hard to play certain genres on consoles. i decided to not play any FPS on consoles anymore because i just cant stand playing a FPS without m/k.

i believe MS needs to start pumping some new IP's. halo, forza, gears is starting to get stale. it got stale for me 2+ years ago

And they will still outscore Resistance 7 Killzone 7 and GT7 :P

when did i say MS wont? considering the amount of 1st party studios ms has in comparison to sony, i think it would be safe to say sony will have more new IP's than MS in the future. I mean they already do, im just saying they will only widen the gap in that department. That doesnt mean MS wont have new IP's, but it's looking a little bleak in the microsoft camp lately.
