Very interesting interview about fable 2 ....he talks about all the features..And...:

He goes on to say that he made some HUGE mistakes in fable 1.. has read the forums :P and that he is sorry -"I wasn't skilled enough" but hopes and believes that fans will love fable 2 because he tookalot of feedback from the comments on the forums and channeled it into the game.

and oh fable 3.4.5 planned :D

Normal stuff really. Dev releasing new game says last game wasn't as good as he would have liked but has learned from mistakes and community.

Yeah, it's not the first time Peter "realizes" his mistakes. He's played this card before and we fell for it the last time, most of us anyway. I will not reserve any judgement concerning this man, however, He's not the only one behind this project so there is still hope for a really good game.

Who's to say he wont be saying the same thing come Fable 3?

Its ok Peter I forgive u. I mean u will never be a Kojima but I will always give a dev a chance to redeem themselves. And Fable 2 is looking pretty good this time around especially the attacks and with the dog as your partner, I think there will be alot of emtional parts in this game aswell. Should be better this time around, hopefully (crossing my fingers).

Well, the whole reason so many in the forums were upset was because the finished product came nowhere close to the game he was hyping. Molyneux promised a full interactive world with Fable and delivered a very simplistic game. A game that suddenly ends way too early and feels like the real ending got cut off.

One thing about Fable is that it scored an 8.6. It wasn't as bad as you make it sound. Fable 2 has some pretty good elements in the game that makes it attracting. You can co-op on boss fights anytime you want. The worlds are much bigger. Who wouldn't want to betray a dog? I wouldn't but I'll experiment with it. You can buy practically ANY house/castle. Could have a family. It's pretty good looking if you ask me.

Cows praise Guerilla Games because Killzone 2 has good graphics. They look at the Multiplayer and says it looks good. But in the videos of the multiplayer, they show no essential elements that provide an appeal to the MP but just make it look generic.

It's not the fact that he admitted his mistakes. It's the fact that he listened to the fans and tried his hardest to apply them in the sequel. ANY dev who looks at their fans and shows the fans that they've been paying attention to their ideas by implementing them into the sequel is a great dev in their own right.

Apparently you've forgotten the massive hype Peter drummed up for Black and White 2 and the Movies.

Peter is a master of hype, Fable 1 was not an isolated incident.

Molineux is good for 3 things.... hype, mea culpa and milking. He is one of the worst game designer, but the best seller...
