This is good GAMER news. Nothing more. Can't wait to hear what it is, but it's going to have to be very special to be 'what 360 fans dream of'. As a 360 and PS3 owner, I'm still a lot more optimistic about the future of the 360 and the games due out in the next couple of months than I am with recouping my investment in the PS3.

What announcement? I never heard anything about it, so presume it was really just a forum rumour or a Gamespot 'omg something big' style thing.

I did hear a PacMan dev had said something about there being something big coming, but 95% of the people on that forum already predicted it was a new PacMan game as it was so freakin' obvious from the dev comments. So I presume this 'big announcement' you speak of is something else - yet I havn't heard about it? :(

2 things that come in my mind. MGS 4 or FF XIII, maybe Home too but I haven't seen many lemmings wanting it.

This is either hype for something crap. You know how a company will say something users of the competitor will only dream of! and then consumers think that they are cool because they have something others don't when really its just EYETOY 2.

The real time comment does suggest it's game footage - however i do remember sony claiming things to be real time in the past and it being wrong but i guess we shall see. I hope it's something more than just pretty graphics though, a console needs more than that.
