Looking fun.
I like that protagonist speaks.
Looks better than Metro.
if you are judging by combat than sure. because id software is doing gunplay and they are master of it.
other than not really. especially not in atmosphere and story.
Looks good a big improvement over the 1st which I enjoyed. Would have preferred linear experience rather than yet another open world game.
Unfortunately this game is exclusive to the Bethesda launcher so no buy for me.
but if you missed Doom Eternal for this.
you will missed out alot. i mean alot.
@warmblur: But it's not made by Bethesda, so what's the the problem??
It's not on Steam I don't trust Bethesda store with my credit card number their security is worrying and I don't want to d/l another launcher.
I'm not going to take my chances.

Looking like another 8.
Which means great.
although this hold me till Doom Eternal. a bigger masterpiece and sequel to game of gen or even decade.

8 is not a masterpiece brah
This is very much a wait-and-see.
gameplay wise and combat wise. this game will own anything that is not Doom Eternal this year.
for other like open world elements etc and driving. it sure wait and see. but the combat looks freaking amazing. even GGGmanlives preview it.
he first didnot liked it but then he praise combat so much that he cant wait to play and he compare combat to Max Payne and FEAR.
if anything bad happen. its because of avalanche, anything good happen, its because of id software.

The gameplay looks fun. The question here is, is this all there is to it? Will people get bored shitless long before the finishing line due to repetition?
Got major Borderlands vibes, which isn't a good sign.
This game would looks o much better on steam I might pick it up on PS4 since **** bethesda launcher man I can't use that crap

Shooting? driving? car combat? racing? exploring the westland?
hardly repetetive.
it definitely has borderlands vibes only if borderlands was good game. thats basically Rage 2 is.

Well.. yea, it is. Play Mad Max, Just Cause or Borderlands. Or Far Cry for that matter.
Insanely mundane after X hours.

Good thing about a masterpiece like Resident Evil 2, Capcom (being masters), realized after a number of hours the player would become complacent having acquired powerful weapons, learned placement and routes and overall firm grasp of the game, and thus introduce Mr X to up the Beef Steaks.
A wondrous piece of design repetitive sandbox games could learn from, assuming Randy Pitchford isn't in prison.
Absolutely wonderful.

you are obbsessed with RE2 cup, you are thinking its some kind of Half life.
RE2 is console port design to play with controller, so was RE7 but RE7 was better.
Baker is better villain than Mr X and has personality. Mr x doesnot have any personality at all.
