hmmm i think they're overhyping Rage. not a good idea considering how doom 3 turned out. dont get me wrong, i enjoyed doom 3, but i expected more after all that talk from carmack.

I wish it would be, I been itching for a fast paced twitchy in your face FPS shooter like Quake 3 or Unreal Tournament. I just want to blow s!@# up.

I have, quite frankly, have lost all interest in id projects since Quake II.

id has to be one of the most overrated game developers right now.

I'm right there with you. They really need to hire some new people (or snag some people from other studios) to teach them how to make a game with interesting gameplay. They have the graphics.

I love ID and the game looks very good but i think that they are overhyping it a bit.

I hope it is, though I think it will be kinda hard to top their classics.

I have never enjoyed any of their games and I'm fairly sure nothing will change that.

Rage looks really good, all the things I been hearing form journilist have been really positive. My concern is that th eworld may be emetp like in borderlands. I want th ework to be rich and have lots of things to interact with like in fallout or oblivion, but with the gameplay of a FPS.
