Title says it all. Does the PC version of RE5 look like the cutscenes in the Console version? Its obvious that the resolution or graphics are improved during cutscenes.

It looked the same to me.... the best the PC version had was it had better frame rate. And RE5 is a really good game when playing it on coop with a friend. Even playing the SP by yourself is fun, at 1st I didnt like the game, but now its one of my favorite RE games.
having a constant co-op partner controlled by one of the dumbest AI's too ever have been conceived was just asinine. I just kept trying to get her killed through the single player, let her hold the trash i didnt use. also re5 was the easiest resident evil I have played yet.Go1DYou haven't played professional have you?

I didnt want to bother, the game was so bad the first time around why would I have punished myself further. Once was more than enough. As for your characters during cutscenes question, I really didn't notice any difference between the in game and cutscenes.
Re5 was awful, all sense of dread the previous iterations of the series gave, even re4 with its regenerators was lost and Deadspace was what re5 should have been.Go1DAgree. (Dead Space was awesome) RE5 was a linear co-op action shooter in which I couldn't run and gun... Stupid!!! RE use to be a survival horror game. RE5 was a bastardized rendition.

Dead Space was a linear 'horror' action game. Atmosphere and sounds were good, but the corridors and constant back-tracking made this game boring. The game wasn't scary at all either. I get scared just watching horror games, but playing this game didn't scare me one bit. Only part that got me was at the ending cut scene.

play it maxed out on a 1980 1080p resolusion and i promise u the game looks amazing better than any console game but there are some ugly texture here and there. for example the first level when u go to the butcher house(the play where there are hanging meat). the meat looks bad and has very bad textures. but ingeneral the game is outstanding even better than batman pc.
Those pics of PC due almost look like the console Cutscenes. Almost.caseypayne69
If I'm to be completely honest, I own it for the 360 and PC and I personally think they look identical to an extent, apart from the higher res / AA. I have to applaud Capcom for making possibly the most optimized engine I've ever used.

I played professional and complete most of it on my own and yes, it is the easiest RE game I've ever played, it was irritating more than hard having to babysit Sheva

I actually found Shevas AI to be pretty damn good. She'd loot, help me, ect. I certainly wouldn't call it "one of the dumbest AIs". I do agree that the game was terrible... It did have some cool moments, like saving Jill.

The amount of times that dumb $%^& got stuck in a doorway and getting killed was beyond rediculous. Re5 was basically baby sitting shiva, sure she looked good but she was as dumb as they come.[QUOTE="RiddleMeThat"][QUOTE="Go1D"]having a constant co-op partner controlled by one of the dumbest AI's too ever have been conceived was just asinine. You might have gotten the smart Sheva edition :lol: Maybe. I must admit I only played the demo single player though, so I never really had time for her true stupidness to become apparent. I finished the main game co op online with my buddy. :P

That's the best way to go :P... man I just gave her the electric rod  so she wouldn't waste all the ammo.Re5 on pc looks amazing, that being said the game still sucks. It is not a good shooter{no walking/run shooting} and there is no horror. crap game.
