RE5 will sell better on PS3

By the time RE5 is released, the PS3 will have overtaken the 360 in worldwide install base. Not to mention that the Japanese will buy 200 PS3 versions for every 360 versioin sold.

Also, I think lemmings are gonna cry about it being a single analog shooter. They're too used to their dual analog setup.

Attachment rate is done on a per-console basis, thus making worldwide sales of a console irrelevant to game sales if one has a slightly higher install base but far lower attachment rates.

What does it matter which system it'll sell better on? If it hits at least 500k on both platforms, its a success for Capcom and they'll continue making multiplats of their big series. As long as it doesn't completely bomb on one system, and face it won't. PS3 has a lot of RE fans and the 360 has a huge fanbase who seem to gobble up any great game that is released.

There may be a point in time where there will be more PS3's out there then the xbox 360.

But look at the attachment ratio for the PS3 vs the 360.

PS3 fans don't buy games.

HTere could be alot of PS2 owners on the fence as to which console to buy. and if PS3 gives them. that reason, tehn theyll get the PS3 over the 360. IT all depends on what happens.
